I’ve seen a great turnout with the fleas. Obviously, it’s not great, but that is solely because feral cats have decided my backyard is a great place to relax and live. But it’s way better than last month, that is for sure. Plus, Brandon is such a sweet guy. I love his optimism. I’m just searching for a way to make the cats leave so we can have my back yard back again thanks Brandon have a great rest of your week.

I had another pest control company before switching to Brooks Pest Control, and I’m glad I made the change. Truman has been outstanding from day one. Even after signing me up, he’s stayed incredibly responsive—whenever I text him, he gets back to me right away and makes sure anything I need is taken care of quickly. It’s rare to find someone who provides this level of customer service after the sale. Highly recommend Brooks, and especially Truman!

Kaden went above and beyond getting us set up on our scheduled visits. He was informative and very friendly. I had a great experience with Alberto from Brooks Pest Control. He showed up on time, was professional and presentable, and clearly explained what services he would be performing and what to expect. He took the time to ask if I had any questions and was able to answer and clarify everything I asked. The service included applying the chemical treatment, spreading granulars, setting traps, and even cleaning the cobwebs around the house, which I really appreciated. As someone with a family and a busy work schedule with overtime, it’s nice to be able to hire this out and not have it added to my plate. The value is definitely there, and they do a great job. I’m happy to pay for a service that frees up my time and delivers quality work.

Our service tech from Brooks Pest Control, Axel, did a great job. He was friendly and professional and listened to what I told him I’d like have done during our service call. He provided great overall service. We have been very happy with the service we’ve received from Brooks. I would happily recommend their services to anyone looking for a pest control service.
