I had a great experience with Orkin regarding a rodent issue in our attic. Angel Mendoza was very professional and took the time to explain everything clearly. He successfully identified the exact spot where the mice were entering and sealed it off with metal mesh to prevent future issues. He also set up traps in the attic to ensure the current problem was fully addressed. I really appreciate the thoroughness and the clear communication. Highly recommended!

I would not recommend Orkin's services! Please consider going to another pest control service. To elaborate, the general quality of the service is mediocre. Each service had a different exterminator, and the quality of pest control varied upon the exterminator. Overall, the exterminators quickly rushed the job and seemed in a hurry to leave. Additionally, the two hour window of arrival is very inconvenient. When I asked one exterminator for a more specific time frame, he was rude and dismissive. In addition to the mediocre services, they are not an honest business. When asking several times over the phone upon initially making the agreement if I could cancel the services anytime, they reassured me that I would be able to. When the exterminator came in, they quickly asked for the contract to be signed. I later realized I was locked in for a 1 year service plan, I did not need, which required me to pay over $120 for each service to complete their quota. Please be aware of this so you are not treated unfairly like I was. Overall, please save yourself the time and trouble and request a different exterminator provider.

I would recommend never use their service. I had got cheated by them. First time they came & recommended us to buy six months service which we did. We had used their service for rat issues inside the house. We were able to see the rats running in the house with our naked eye but they couldn’t catch any. Every month we were paying them for service so I had tried taking to them about the issue. Every time they will give us different reasons and tried to sell as many different services as they can. Finally we bought few glue rat traps from shop & it solved the issue. I regret giving 700$ to orkin guys for fooling us.

Horrible company. I would leave zero stars if I could. They advertise with a service fee that then is higher when you call to book it. On the phone they confirmed to me several times that it was one fee of 416 USD for 6 included visits. Then after the first visit I got hit with an additional 193 USD for just one visit and no one is "authorized" to cancel a contract. Consequently they call me 5 times per day that my account is outstanding but no one when I call back is ever able to do anything about cancelling the contract. I just want to cancel, and then I will pay those extra 193 USD just to get rid of them. Now they want me to pay 193 every other month and I cannot cancel the contract. I never want to see them again and if someone has a tip of how to sue them, I am all ears. Horrific.

8 months ago I gave Orkin 5 stars. My original technician was awesome. Unfortunately he moved. Orkin never contacted me to let me know my technician changed. Since the change the service has been spotty at best. Technicians have come and spent less than 10 minutes at the house. The main reason I started service was my wife hate spiders and spider webs. Well right now my house looks like it’s decorated for Halloween. Today the Orkin technician showed up without calling. I have told Orkin to have the technician call me so I can put my dog inside. Also Orkin was supposed to come on Wednesdays when we are home. So I took the day off work. Only to have the Orkin technician leave. I saw his truck and put my dog inside. Went back out and he was gone. I called the Orkin main line and asked for a manager. The manager wasn’t available so they said he/she would call me back. No one called me back. I guess Orkin doesn’t care. So I canceled my service. Please note I am a Director of Facilities for a Bio company and use Orkin Professional service a different division. They are great. Orkin home service is very poor. The photos I attached represent only a fraction of the webs at my house.
