I called Terminix and spoke with Diego on Monday, May 26 and informed him of a wasp nest that was attached near my rooftop of my home. He gave me a quote of $219.99. I told him it will be only a one time service. When Matthias Leul came the following day, the quote that Diego gave me was not correct. It also included a monthly service plan which I did not want. To my surprise, I became very upset! I felt misled and was very misleading information. Matthias then thoroughly explained all my options and took care of my wasp nest problem. The service and fee I received was only for a one time deal. I appreciated Matthias' thoroughness, professionalism and patience in my situation. Give him a raise!

I was a returning very satisfied customer who looked forward to working with Terminx to deal with an issue we had. So I was VERY disappointed when I had to deal with their lack of customer service and follow-through. They took advantage of the vulnerable state of mind caused by infestations and the desperation to deal with it to swiftly sign you up for services you don't need. From day one I asked for a SPECIFIC issue and I ended up getting signed up for a 365 ongoing protection that I DIDN'T want or need and that cost me almost $400. For what? to spray the outside of my home for stuff I didn't have issues with? and to place stuff inside that I could have picked up at home depot for far less? When I called to cancel, they said they would refund me a $70+ fee monthly fee for a contract I did not agree with. This was back in February 2026. It is already May 2026 and I still yet to seen the refund. I called mid March and they said "oh, your refund just got approved, it will take 5 business days". Last I checked, there are more than 5 days between mid March and Mid May.
