CABS is an amazing company. We used them to replace our entire system in 2017 and they came highly recommended from someone else we know. They’ve worked with us on warranty repair issues and maintenance. Their customer service is truly outstanding in this day and age when it’s difficult to even get a call back or an appointment from service companies. I highly recommend CABS to anyone who tells me they are having issues with their HVAC system.

Sean was our technicianand he was great. Very knowledgeable and explained things at a level we could easily understand. Eric was able to come out the very next day (even on a Saturday!) to help us decide between repair and a new system. The entire team communicated clearly and on time. The whole experience was great.

CABS Heating and Air Conditioning in West SAC exceeded all our expectations. We had a new AC unit installed after buying a condo last year in West Sac. We did alot of research and read a lot of reviews before choosing CABS. I was super impressed with this company's professionalism from the start when we were just looking for someone to do some maintanenance on a 20 year old AC unit. The whole team was professional, knowledgeable, reliable and timely. They did a stellar job from installation of a new ac unit to building out a storage unit for it to fit inc a door, communicating every step of the way, and arriving when they said they would. We cannot say enough about this company's professionalism from the installers to the customer service people; all are top tier. After installation they called to schedule the 6 month maintainence for winter and then for summer which is included in the price. The whole process could not have been more professional. No hidden costs either. I cannot say enough about CABS.. It was just a crazy good experience. I highly recommend CABS if you want a professional, reliable, honest and knowledgeable company with superb integeity and reliability

CABS came out to replace my AC and furnace. The technicians were very professional, did clean work, and most importantly, honest. They noticed part of the attic was completely missing insulation and they offered to fill it in for free. Highly recommend!
