Excellent service. I’ve had two prior service companies that I discovered the hard way, didn’t know enough about what they were doing. Ray’s AC repair does know what they’re doing and explained in detail what my AC issues were. Repair was timely and I feel not over priced. The service was well done. I really mean this- it’s such a relief to find a AC repair service that I can trust.

Rey’s Air Solution was contacted when our a/c broke down last Thursday evening. I called Rey’s Solution that evening.. I received a return call from Rey’s Friday morning.The personnel from Rey’s was professional and helpful in getting a Sales representative out the same day that afternoon. Justin is his name, he was helpful professional and very knowledgeable about his business. His explanation of different units, electrical and gas units was understandable and easy to comprehend. He also explained to us what was the procedure to take place for the replacement of our a/c . He answered all the questions we had. After my wife and I made the decision Friday to go with Rey’s, Justin was able to get their team at our home Monday and finished the job Tuesday. The team arrived Monday morning at 7:45 and was again was professional and courteous. Their was work habits were notable I was impressed on how they were aware how to respect our with being neat and clean. We are very pleased with Rey’s, the new unit is refreshing and quiet. I called another company the same day I called Rey’s. That company returned my call on Tuesday afternoon as the job was being completed. Thank you Rey’s Solutio

My friend had to replace her AC/heating unit and received great results from Rey’s Air. Technician named Tom came out and indicated my unit shorted out resulting in a 5k replacement part. Speaking to Tom, he sed this is a highly respected company to work with for my AC/heating needs. My unit has now failed. I’ve learned and experienced the efficiency of my friend’s replacement unit and was impressed how quickly it cooled her 2 story townhouse. Rey’s staff worked out a plan to provide the best system for the price. Now it’s my turn and I was told I may have it installed by next week hopefully!

Rey's Air Solution was actually incredible today (It's going to be 95 Degrees later this week). I had 4 other Companies stop by and quote replacing our HVAC system after our heat exchanger cracked. Everybody else said everything needed to be replaced. Rey's Air Solution sales person Justin came to my house and not only delivered an acceptable quote but he fixed our A/C in the meantime for the summer. He went way above and beyond, calling the owner and other techs to troubleshoot our issue. They definitely have earned my business and should at least be considered for yours too after this.

After reviewing my options from multiple companies to either fix or replace my existing 33-year-old HVAC, I chose to move forward with Rey's. By far they had the best combination of pricing and customer service compared to their competitors, so I chose Rey's. The team from Rey's took only two days to replace my HVAC and ductwork and I couldn't be happier with the work they provided. The team was professional, courteous and did a great job cleaning up after themselves after each day of work. They even fixed the lack of airflow I've always had to one of the bedrooms! Compared to the other companies that I got quotes from for this work, it was refreshing to work with a company like Rey's that in my opinion was not attempting to overcharge me or upsell me like some of their competitors. One competitor that I will not name that initially tried to overcharge me offered to meet Rey's pricing, but by that time this particular company had already shown their true colors and intentions which all but confirmed I made the right choice by choosing Rey's. Came out. Spent the majority of the the time bsing and talking to each other. They told me the compressor was bad. I asked them about the charge of the R22. They said it didn't matter because the pump was dead. Which is a true statement if the pump was actually dead. They said I was free to get a second opinion and want their money (80). They were here maybe 30mins and like I said. They were talking to each other most the time. I got that second opinion and the compressor was not bad. The unit needed a charge. Charged the system up and the vent blows 52 degrees now. Moral of the story. Dont use these guys. They just want to sell AC systems. That or their technicians are lazy and dont want to work. Either way save your money!

My experience with Rey’s air is always knowing that I’m going to be treated in an honest manner. I’ve researched a lot about HVAC systems and have educated myself about them. Let’s face it, these systems aren’t cheap. When I have to have them come out they have always been honest with their evaluations/recommendations. And their prices points are very fair. So last Friday we had a power outage, and unfortunately it took outage A/C. I called Reys air conditioning and when speaking to customer service. Im sorry I forgot jer name but sje was really pleasant and understanding of my concern. She booked my appt for the next day April 28th 2026 And to my surprise Gonzo came to service it. It was good to see a familiar face So I needed a part for repair amd they will be back out when the part comes in. I appreciate them so much. I definitely recommend their company.
