My 17-year-old HVAC system stopped working again after it had been repaired by another company in August 2025. I contacted Harris Air Mechanical, and they responded quickly. Robert came out and replaced the capacitor, but he explained that this was only a temporary fix because the unit had significantly deteriorated and would likely fail again. He recommended replacing the system. Since the unit used R-22 refrigerant, which is no longer readily available, I decided replacement was the best option rather than continuing to pay for temporary repairs. The work was originally scheduled to take two days, but they completed it in a day and a half. The technicians arrived promptly at 8:00 a.m. as scheduled, worked neatly, laid down tarps, and wore protective boot coverings inside my home. They also helped install my new Nest thermostats and replaced my air filters. Ashley from Harris Air Mechanical assisted with scheduling the final inspection, which was completed promptly and without any issues. Overall, I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend Harris Air Mechanical.

Excellent experience from start to finish. They did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, for the price they quoted — no surprises. Professional, courteous, and never pushy. We never felt pressured into anything we didn’t need. Honest, reliable HVAC company and we would absolutely recommend them.

Harris heating and air is a Family owned business. The owner is very involved. We got an excellent price on our new unit and the service and expertise clean up and care was exceptional. I would recommend them highly and plan on using them again in the future.

Our heat exchange went out on our 20+ year old unit. We had to replace the entire unit and all of the ducting and vents in our home. Rob and his team were amazing. We had been without heat for 2+ months before we reached out to Harris Air. They were amazing and did a thorough and efficient job. Will definitely use again.

Great service! I contacted Harris Air and they were able to fit me in the very next day. My heater had stopped working and technician Eddie arrived even earlier than expected. He quickly diagnosed the issue, and it was fixed that same day. I’m so grateful for their prompt and reliable service!
