I have been coming to this UC since 2023 and I consider it my local go-to when I can't go to my PC. I have had great experiences until my visit on August 1. I came in because I was having stomach pains. I was seen by Jonah Arga who diagnosed me with possible food poisoning and I told him I don't think it was that. I asked for a referral for imaging (CT Scan) to look into possible infections and other potential issues and he pushed back. I also asked for other tests which all came back negative/stable. When I was leaving, I was persistent in getting a referral for CT Scan but he still was pushing back citing timing and insurance and I told him my insurance will cover it. He finally said he would upload referral form in my chart end of day. Form uploaded in my chart was not complete so I had to message and they finally gave me the form Monday. I went today, Tuesday, and got a CT Scan and I have Diverticulitis, which is one of the things I was worried about. Jonah did not listen to my concerns and pushed back on my request for CT Scan where I was very vocal about my concerns. His tone also felt very condescending to me where all the other PA's I've interacted there were alw

This was my first visit. The staff is welcoming and so friendly. I pushed back my appointment with zero issues and I was still seen relatively quick. Javon is a gem! He was funny and professional. The receptionist was so kind and pleasant and checked me in seamlessly and the PA that saw me answered my questions, explained everything, and sat with me. I didn't feel rushed at all. The office is bright and they had nice music playing on the TV. I'm so happy I changed my insurance. This is a great facility for urgent care.

I visited this urgent care with my husband, who was experiencing severe abdominal pain, vomiting, and diarrhea. He was in so much pain that he could barely stand. When we arrived, we were told the clinic was on a lunch break and that they did not have time to see him. We explained that he was in significant distress, but were told there was nowhere for him to lie down because the staff was on break and that we would have to wait until the break ended. Given the severity of his condition, waiting was not a reasonable option. We ended up having to drive another 20 minutes to the emergency room. I understand that staff members need breaks, but refusing to assess a patient in obvious distress and offering no alternative assistance was disappointing and concerning. At the very least, there should be a process for evaluating patients who arrive with potentially urgent medical conditions during break periods. I would not recommend this urgent care based on this experience.

I’ve been to Carbon Health a couple of times. Every time I’ve needed to go there, everyone from the front desk to the nurses and PAs have been kind, professional and provided great care. It’s also easy to make an appointment. It’s helpful to have a good urgent care that you can trust in the neighborhood.

Staff was professional, kind, and concerned. Dr. Amiee conversed with other physicians there before making a final decision. The P.A was very efficient and friendly. I felt comfortable here. Thank you for taking me in a spare of the moment. Front desk receptionist greets you but may need to tell staff when leaving. It would be considerate for patients. Today, 2/24/2026, we stood in line 10 minutes before being serviced or acknowledged. Other than that, I would recommend this facility.
