I had an excellent experience at Carstar Espana’s San Jose recently. My Toyota Grand Highlander was hit while parking on the street and the front bumper cover and a few other parts were damaged. I brought my car to Carstar Espana’s San Jose and I’m very glad with the choice I made. Fausto was my estimator and he did an excellent job. He handled all the communications with the insurance company and managed to get the OEM parts approved by the insurance company, since the insurance company initially declined the OEM parts. Fausto kept me updated on the latest status of the repair and the ETA to get my car back. The actual work done on my car was top notch, the paint on the new front bumper cover matches exactly the body of the car, and my car is as good as new now. Very pleased with the results, I highly recommend Carstar Espana’s San Jose to anyone searching for a good collision/body shop.

They just make sure care of my car and keep update every information from email give me big positive and mind for no more stressed. I'm pretty sure high recommended this place can do anything for your questions and decisions. They are extremely check care of your vehicle list part. They have lifetime warranty for your vehicle.

Always a pleasure working with Carstar España’s. They are so knowledgeable in the process and working with the insurance. I always bring my vehicles here with Maribel, Maricela, and Adriana. Miguel is great too! The work they do is impeccable and my vehicles always look like brand new!
