I was able to assist the alignment mechanic on my vehicle because he didn’t know how to adjust the camber and caster on such an old vehicle. On my 1953 VW, He was only able to do a toe in toe out alignment.

DISHONEST business! They LIED my mirror was damaged to avoid a warranty repair! Be careful! First, I had my vehicles repaired and serviced at M&C many times, totaling over $10k but the last incident was a huge disappointment, if not straight up deception. The whole issue lasted 6 months and full of frustrations. Here's what happened. *** Initial Repair *** Nov 2025: M&C replaced my side mirror due to shaking. Part was $1700 and let’s say labor was $500 (I also had other works done). Upon picking up, I immediately told staff that new mirror was still loose. She said not to worry as it had 1 year warranty. Jan 2026: the new mirror was shaking too much so I took it back. They inspected, admitted part was faulty and ordered replacement. ETA was mid Feb. *** Back Orders *** Early Mar: I called. They said Toyota still didn’t have the mirror. It’s heavily backed order. New ETA is early April. End of March: Called again. Still nothing. ETA is now indefinite. I asked if new mirror had exact same issue and unknown when replacement came, can I request a refund. And that was when it escalated. The manager Geddy took over. My family and I have been coming to Michael & Co for over 15 years, and they’ve truly been our go-to for everything from regular maintenance to major body work. They know my dad well and always ask how he’s doing whenever I stop by—there’s a real sense of community here that you just don’t find everywhere. Over the years, they’ve handled just about everything for us: full body work, bumper replacements and repainting, new tires, annual maintenance, dry belts, thermostat and coolant systems, alignments, brake jobs, oil changes—you name it. Most recently, they replaced and repainted a rear bumper we originally thought could be buffed out, and the results were flawless. What I appreciate most is their balance of quality, reliability, and fairness. Even when bills add up (as they inevitably do with car repairs), they’re very affordable compared to others in the area, and the work is always worth it. The only downside is that they’re not open on weekends, which can make scheduling tricky.
