Just wanted to write a review for the excellent customer service and attentiveness of the staff even though I didn't get a chance to have my car repair here. Mario the manager, Mario the service desk worker, and Erik the auto tech, Huge shoutout to them for making sure I was comfortable and ensuring they give me the best estimate for my situation without breaking my pockets. I will be coming back here for future car issues based off my first visit. Thank You Fix Auto!

I highly recommend this auto body shop to everyone. The staff are incredibly kind, and all of my questions were answered in a very professional way. Mario’s team did an amazing job, and Yolanda was wonderful as well. Their repair work is excellent, especially the paint job ， it looks exactly like the original with no color difference at all. Throughout every step of the repair process, they also handled the communication with the other party’s insurance company for me. Very professional, outstanding service, and truly a great experience. I would definitely recommend them to others. Top 1% services

The car looked fine, but after getting an inspection done through my car lease company, I was told the work was subpar and not to use this repair shop again. The paint had small bubbles in the surface and the edge of the door was rough rather than smooth like the stock door. I could’ve saved money by instead turning the leased car in with damages rather than going through insurance and raising my rates near 50% (which Mario said would only be raised maybe 2-3%)! The “detailing” the shop did was pitiful and looked worse than when I brought it in (smeared windows). All of this paired with the horrible lack of communication and huge delays in time taken to repair (initially quoted 3 days!). I feel I was taken advantage of and cannot recommend this shop to anyone else.

We had a great experience with Mario and Mario jr, and the whole team. They really went to town for us, helping us deal with Tesla Insurance (note: don't ever get tesla insurance- they have no concept of customer service) Mario was relentless and really did justice for us. The customer service and over all experience was fabulous. Thanks Mario and team!
