The shop is conveniently located in the same complex as Sprout's. The shop is pretty small with a couple tables inside. It's really cool to see them make ice-cream real time with liquid nitrogen. We got the Earl Grey Lavender Puffle. The Earl Grey ice-cream is creamy and tastes good with mild hint of earl grey flavor with honey drizzled on top. However, the puffle is not good at all. It's soft, too dense and soggy. It's supposed to be crispy outside and light. The puffle wasn't freshly made and it is very disappointing. It was so bad that we ended up throwing it away. It's not cheap either - $15 for it.

This place was really good! Went there a week or two ago on Memorial Day, called ahead of time to confirm their hours and the owner was so nice! When we finally arrived we were having trouble to choose an order and one of the employees offered to help without missing a beat. After we got our ice cream the owner sat down and had a pleasant conversation with us about the establishment and their newer methods and how they just recently bought the store off of the original owners a couple of months ago.. Give them a try! Will go again :)

The liquid nitrogen ice cream is super creamy and the presentation looks suspiciously ready for Instagram. The flavors are fun, portions are solid, and it’s a great place when you want something more exciting than a basic scoop. Staff is also friendly, appears to be a family run shop.

Place looks unassuming from the outside, but I love ice cream so I wanted to try it out. Didn't expect to have the best ice cream in my entire life. They make your order fresh right in front of you and blast it with nitrogen to make it cold. Flavors and textures are 10/10.

These ice creams were absolutely incredible! The flavors were rich, unique, and definitely memorable. I will say it leans toward the pricier side, but it makes sense considering they use liquid nitrogen to create each batch and it really adds to the experience and quality. I have to highlight the Milk and Cereal flavor because it was completely trippy how it tasted like milk…. andddd cereal… It genuinely tasted like I was eating a bowl of milk and cereal in ice cream form. It sounds simple, but the execution is weirdly good. If you’re even remotely a fan of that classic combo, you have to try it for yourself
