From the moment I first spoke with Bailey, to receiving my loved ones ashes, the entire experience was handled timely, respectfully, and professionally. Losing a loved one is always difficult, but planning final arrangements doesn't have to be. I highly recommend Clarity Funerals & Cremation. They kept me informed with regular updates, responded to my emails within hours, and handled everything from start to finish with compassion and respect. Our son passed away unexpectedly in California a few weeks ago. We are seniors living in Florida and never thought we would have to make arrangements for him, and had no idea where to start. Clarity Funeral homes made the experience much less traumatic, and we have nothing but praise for Bailey Marquez. She was very understanding, professional and kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. It is a very dark time for us, but Bailey and Clarity made it tolerable and we thank you.

I live in Arkansas. My 27 year old passed in L.A. I was given a list of low cost funeral homes by a medical investigator. After reviewing it I chose clarity due to the best price for cremation . Bailey was wonderful and was very professional and helped me through this easily. I highly recommend clarity. Thankyou for for being such a sweet heart Bailey. God bless you Ms. Bailey. The one detail I overlooked, knowing that my husband was at the end stage of his life, was where to send him when he passed. I was given a list of funeral homes at the hospital but searching for the right one was daunting. Luckily someone at his assisted living facility recommended Clarity Funerals and Cremation. I did some research and felt comfortable calling them to start the process. I worked with Bailey on our plans for cremation. She kept me informed, answered any question I had and promptly responded to all of my emails. I feel lucky to have landed in their care during this very emotional time.

Clarity Funerals and Cremation took excellent care of my husband after his passing. I was able to make all of the arrangements online and when I had questions, Bailey was a great help and comfort for me. I was kept informed every step of the process via email or phone calls. The cost was why I initially chose Clarity, but after all was said and done the way that they took care of me and my loved one made more of a difference. Thank you Bailey and Clarity Funerals.

I was satisfied with the service I received from Clarity. When my father passed away, I called Clarity because I read good reviews online. I called multiple times but unfortunately no one was available to take my calls. When I called again I spoke with Ashley and she instructed me to fill out my father’s info online, which in the beginning felt cold and awkward. I went ahead and filled out the info online, and after that Bailey reached out to me through email and from then on she took care of everything, including all the paperwork needed before the cremation services. I didn’t have to worry about all the paperwork and the whole process. Bailey kept me informed and updated through the whole process via email, it was worry-free and stress-free. Eventhough it seemed like everything was through email and lacked some personal touch and personal communication, although I could call her if I have any questions, they took care of everything, including obtaining the death certificate. I appreciated Bailey and her professionalism. I will use Clarity again in the future. April 2025: I would like to add this to my original post about Clarity.
