We recently lost my brother-in-law and we are truly grateful to Optima Funeral Home for all their support during such an emotional time. I am thankful for everyone of the staff members that assisted me along the process, Genesis, Venus, Elizabeth and the rest of the team. They were patient , kind and caring. To Father Edmundo for such a beautiful mass. The day of my brother-in-law's viewing, Genesis was there to support during such a difficult time. Our family was very grateful for the professionalism and support she provided us with. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Our viewing was at the Los Angeles location and the funeral home was very comforting and I loved all of the plants and the privacy screen from the bougainvillea bush that is around it. Unfortunately my father passed away and I was referred to Optima Funeral Home. From the moment Austin came to pick up my dad’s body he was so kind and empathetic. He spoke about how it was an honor to take care of my father and would care for him with the respect he deserved. He also did an amazing job in keeping my dad’s complexion natural. Genesis also took care of me and made the process as easy as possible. She was very supportive, kind, and patient. I called her about 50 times in the span of 3 days and she never once showed any kind of annoyance. I loved that she always smiled and had such a happy attitude always. I appreciate the care and the service that they provided as a whole and when the time inevitably comes again, I will be coming back. Thank you so much for making the hardest time in my life a little more bearable.

I can’t thank Jesus at Optima Funeral Home enough for the care and professionalism he showed during such a difficult time for my family. From the very beginning, everything was handled with compassion, respect, and attention to detail. A special thank you to Jesus, who went above and beyond to make sure every part of our loved one’s funeral arrangements was taken care of. His hard work, patience, and genuine kindness made a huge difference for us. He was always available to answer questions, guide us through the process, and ensure everything turned out exactly as we wanted.

This past Saturday was my husbands service. I would like to thank Hugo, Genesis, and the team who helped carry my husbands during the transportation to the cemetery. They were all very respectful and kind. This is not the first time we have trusted Optima with the services of our loved ones. Once again we were more than pleased, they show compassion and understanding during these difficult times. Thank you once again to Optima and team.

This past June i lost my mom. After calling another mortuary who were cold and rude to me, i was so glad my BIL recommended Optima Funeral home to me. They were so empathetic to help me with our needs;From picking my mom Up in the hospital to her services. Very communicative and helped me along this process. The services were so beautiful and something my mom well deserved. So grateful for them during this difficult time.

John and staff were Perfectly amazing throughout the whole process. Everything was done in a timely manner and nothing was pushed on us. It was a completed job and Communication was on point ! They were understanding and patient with our grief. They always came with a solution when they couldn't make it for an appointment. They made a special delivery to our home with our beloved which made everything more special. A moment I will always cherish. Downside .kitchen area needed clean/no stain table clothes and coffee maker needed a good cleaning. Other than that John was knowledge and was thorough showing and offering different choices/options . When asked him questions about something he was there immediately to answer any and all questions. Paramount was the site we used. It was beautiful. I would recommend this place. 5 stars.
