We are incredibly grateful to everyone at the funeral home for the kindness, compassion, and professionalism they showed during such a difficult time. They treated our family with so much care and respect while helping us honor my aunt’s life. Every detail of the service was handled beautifully, and they made the entire process as smooth and comforting as possible. Their support meant more to us than words can express. Today we had our Grandmother's Service, and it was such a beautiful service. Nicolas and Nayely made it a great experience with providing great customer service during the service. Myriam was also very helpful along with all the other staff involved with communicating. Thank you very much for making this moment unique and memorable in the most pleasant way.

Rachals staff has been absolutely wonderful with my family. I felt like I was at home during my service. Elsa helped me throughout the process and answered all my questions. Nicholas and Nayeli were so kind and treated us wonderfully during the service for my mother. Thank you Rachals funeral home for your help!

Very nice funeral home and very friendly staff. The service was beautiful! Plenty of room for large services but perfect for small services as well. Very comfortable environment for when you are grieving a loss. Reception area is also very nice for snacks/meals for attendees.

Rachal’s Funeral Home showed my dad the most beautiful and respectful final goodbye I could have asked for. During one of the hardest moments of my life, they treated my family with kindness, compassion, and genuine care. They made sure every detail was handled with dignity, allowing us to honor my dad’s life in a meaningful way. Their support gave us comfort and peace when we needed it most, and I will always be grateful for how they helped us say our last goodbyes to someone so deeply loved.

This has been one of the best experiences and services I’ve had at a funeral home. Karla did such an amazing job from beginning to end, making sure everything was in order and handled with care. During such a difficult and emotional time for my family, she showed so much compassion, professionalism, and kindness, which truly made a difference. I really liked how organized the venue was. The space was big enough for all the guests. Nicolas and Nayeli were very kind and hospitable. Would recommend for all your funeral arrangements.

I want to thank sincerely the entire team for the excellent service provided for my mother's funeral. From start to finish, everything was handled with care, compassion, and professionalism.
