I think the therapists at clear mind are well qualified and care deeply about their clients. Both therapists I have worked with so far have had insightful input for my situation. I would highly recommend coming in and speaking with someone on the clear mind team if the need arises.

I was new to therapy and wanted to find some guidance and counseling on how to be my best self and best partner! Christa has helped me immensely. And I am a completely different human! The office is also incredibly welcoming and processes like payment and scheduling are incredibly easy!

I absolutely love Stephanie! She always remembers what we talked about last time, and I generally love her approach. Been seeing her for about 2 years as needed, and my life is unquestionably better for it. Highly recommend!

My therapist is helping me through my divorce, not just by talk therapy, but by actionable steps that help me to progress rather than get stuck. I am really grateful I found this clinic, and it has a peaceful waiting room when you enter :)

I have been working with Dr Valerie for a few months now and I am so relieved to find someone who not only holds me accountable but listens and understands life’s stressors and helps me reframe my mind to approach stressors in a way that works for me. I love the flexibility of being able to see her in office as well as remote when I am away, and I appreciate the care that goes into seeing me every week. I haven’t been to therapy in over a decade and Valerie made the transition back into it seamless and easy.

Clear Mind and Stephanie have been life changing in the midst of multiple major life circumstances both personally and professionally. Simply put, I feel cared about and have been provided guidance with compassion, sensitivity and crystal clarity. Each session there are a number of epiphany moments I’ve arrived upon through her objective and potent feedback—have been to numerous therapists and feel every session is worth its weight lol in gold—Stephanie is top notch. The office is pristine and billing, statements are hard-wired for such ease in processing insurance and FSA claims.

Finding the "right" therapist is definitely a personal thing. But my experience with Clear Mind Counseling San Diego has been nothing but stellar. I reached out to CMCSD after a recent long-term relationship break-up. After a quick assessment, I was referred to one of their MFTs. I've been seeing a my MFT weekly for the past 2 months, and I will simply say it's made a difference. The office and staff are warm and welcoming. It's something I definitely look forward to each week... and something I plan on continuing for the long haul. Hard to comment on the pricing, but then again I do not think you can place a price on your mental health. Definitely check CMCSD out.
