I highly recommend Restore Psychology! As a psychologist in San Diego, I have worked with Drs. Ambrose in the past. They are a wealth of knowledge, especially when it comes to assessment and neurodiversity. I always feel comfortable referring clients to Restore Psychology because I know they will receive great care.

Highly recommend Restore Psychology for psychological evaluation! The evaluation process is very thorough and professional. Dr Tilbe Ambrose takes the time to explain each step of the testing and makes you feel comfortable throughout the assessment. The final report is very detailed and extremely helpful for understanding next steps. I highly recommend this wonderful practice!They create such a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space that makes it easy to open up and connect. Their insight and guidance have been incredibly helpful, and they balance compassion with practical tools that you can actually use in your life. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and are so skilled at what they do. I can’t recommend this practice enough!

Restore Psychology is such a welcoming and warm environment. The moment you enter the doors to the practice, you feel the intentionality in how they created and decorated the physical space, which communicates to me personally their intentionality with their clients overall wellbeing. Everything is so cute, clean, comfortable and carefully placed. Dr. Tilbe and Dr. Jacob Ambrose are both companionate, educated, and thorough. They care deeply for people and you can tell they desire for their clients to grow, heal and to be restored. There is a reason their practice is called “Restore Psychology”.

Restore Psychology is an excellent facility if you want therapy or psychological assessment. I personally had a great experience with these folks and would recommend them for any of your psychological needs. Dr. Jacob Ambrose is an excellent clinician and a very attentive therapist.
