Had an amazing experience at Coaster Saloon in Mission Beach! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was fun and welcoming, and the location is perfect. What truly made the visit exceptional was our server, Alex. He was hands down the best server I’ve had in Mission Beach. Alex was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. His outstanding customer service turned a great meal into a memorable experience. If you’re visiting Coaster Saloon, ask for Alex⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐—you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend! See you soon Alex.

If you are looking for incredible BBQ in San Diego, look no further than Coaster Saloon. We came here on our last night before heading back home to Las Vegas, and it was easily one of the best barbecue experiences I’ve ever had. Everything we ordered was cooked to perfection—the flavors were spot on and the meat was incredibly tender. But what really made the night special was the staff. A massive shout-out to our waitress, April. She was hands-down one of the best servers in San Diego! Her friendly attitude toward our family and her kindness toward our little one made us feel so welcome. In a busy world, that kind of genuine hospitality goes a long way, and she made the whole experience effortless. We also had Chris helping out, and he was fantastic. He was so kind and comical—we were able to joke around with him all night, which added such a fun, relaxed vibe to our dinner. Between the world-class food and the wonderful team, we had a truly fantastic experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better final meal in town. Definitely recommend coming here! We'll be dreaming about this BBQ back in Vegas!

I’m an award winning Texas BBQ grill master! The fact that no one is talking about this hidden jewel in Mission beach San Diego Ca, is a crime! So I walk in this venue in search of a good beer and some appetizers, not expecting to be blown away by the absolute perfection, of the art of smoked meats, or the value of the craft beer selection! First off they had this beer “ Cali Creamin of Mother Earth's brewery on nitro tap, win number 1! Secondly they have a brisket that is perfectly smoked to moist perfection, it was a shame to put their delicious BBQ house made sauce on it! As a person who judges California harshly I am surprised that such amazing place exists and shocked to see that the line to get doesn’t wrap around the building! This place is definitely a hidden jewels recommend that you take advantage of it before word gets out! Victor M. Longoria Jr. Texas BBQ KING! I’m actually a little envious that they are so good! I didn't eat there but I had drinks and they were very good! Great atmosphere and fun friendly bartenders! I had to go back to this place because it was so much fun and this time I ate and the food was absolutely amazing I recommend it 100 out of 10!!!

First..the service was perfect. 10+ our group enjoyed this meal. We had three southerners in the party and they all said this was great bbq. Just see the pics and you decide. We did the meal for 6 plus a vegetarian meal. I had just chicken and street corn with a ceasers on the side. Everything was good. LMR8
