Very delicious and unique flavors of bread. Staff is very friendly. I had purchased a Dubai chewy cookie and unfortunately it was not given to me and didn't realize it until I went home. Couldn't try to go back since I don't live in the area. Would go back again but would check my purchases in the future. Sweet Potato latte didn't have much flavor

I used to stop by this bakery whenever I was in Ktown because I thought it was pretty solid. But after today, I've definitely changed my mind. I got a sausage bbang, a chocopie, and a dalgona latte. The sausage bbang was soggy on the bottom and honestly tasted like it was from the day before. The chocopie barely had any filling, just a thin layer of marshmallow and jam. It honestly felt like they used most of the marshmallow for their Dubai choco cookie because it's probably more profitable, instead of properly filling the chocopie. If that's the case, it's better not to sell it at all than serve something like that. The dalgona latte was also disappointing. With ice, the drink only filled to the bottom third line of the cup marking. Clearly, they skimped on the milk. There was also a weird moment when I paid. My total was $15.25 and I paid cash, but I was given $4.75 in change. When I said it should be $5, she seemed confused and asked what I meant. I told her I literally gave you a quarter right now, and she questioned it before eventually giving me the correct change. I'll give her the benefit of the doubt and assume it was a mistake. I understand times are hard, but chargi

If you’re in Koreatown LA, you have to visit COIN DE RUE Bakery and Cafe — every time I come here, I end up leaving with way more than I planned 😂 It’s just THAT good!! They always have new items too, so I wanted to share some of my favorites 💖 🥇 Must-try: Butter Mochi Bread Crispy caramelized outside, soft and chewy inside — that perfect QQ mochi texture! If you love chewy, stretchy mochi, you will be obsessed with this one. 🍫 Dubai Chocolate Mochi If you’re into pistachio chocolate flavors, definitely try this! The filling is super generous, with crunchy bits inside and a rich but not overly sweet pistachio cream. So satisfying! 🍓 Fruit Daifuku Mochi Box I grabbed a box to bring to a friend’s place and it looked SO cute with all the colors! Couldn’t resist and ate a strawberry one first 😂 Fresh, juicy strawberry wrapped with soft mochi and a thin layer of red bean paste — so good! 🌽 Corn Latte Honestly, some of my favorite coffee in LA comes from Korean cafés, and this one is amazing. The corn flavor is rich and slightly sweet, super smooth — I finished it in under 5 minutes! 🖤💛💜 “Dirty” Cream Buns I always get the purple sweet potato, soybean cream, and black sesame flavor

Wanted to check out this viral bakery. So let’s see if they’re pretty good eh or ew. Im a corn lover so I got their crazy corn bread and corn salt bread to try. The crazy corn bread was chewy, and fluffy, and had like a crumbly cornbread topping, and was stuffed with plenty of whole corn kernels and cream cheese. Surprisingly didn’t get much corn flaves from it tho.The corn salt bread’s salt bread was really good and buttery with a had a crisp exterior and pillowy interior, was stuffed with cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, and corn. It was unexpectedly savory but again didn’t have much corn flaves? The bread is pretty good but I was pretty disappointed with not getting much corn flaves so overall this place eh. Crazy corn bread $4 Corn salt bread $4.50

This was my second time in and there is always something new to try! It’s a small bakery and cafe, which is ideal for me because I feel a sense of comfort as I peruse the many options. I never feel rushed and the employees are always informative and patient with my many questions. There are lots of breads and flat croissants, lots of filled and swirled buns, crunchy and soft options, jammy and savory buttery options, coffees, smoothies, macarons, and cakes.
