I am a 33-year veteran, and this is the second home I’ve purchased working with Alex. Both times, the process was smooth, seamless, and honestly far less stressful than I expected. Buying a home is one of the biggest financial decisions you make, and it can easily become overwhelming. Not once during this process did I feel pressured or left in the dark. Alex kept me informed every step of the way, always gave honest advice backed by years of experience, and his expertise never steered me wrong. What stood out most was his professionalism, responsiveness, and ability to make a stressful process feel manageable and straightforward. There are too many in the business that are just looking to get paid but Alex looks out for the best interest of his clients. I can confidently say I wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again or recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

My experience with Alex in buying my first home was fantastic. He is a prodigious agent with a great sense of the area and diligent in his task of finding exactly what fits your budget and needs. The entire experience was made easier by his experience and proactive approach. Alex was an exemplary professional and I always felt that my interest was his first priority. Based off of my experience I would highly recommend Core Real Estate for buying and/or selling a home in San Diego.

Eddie Nguyen and his team were nothing but amazing when explaining the home buying process as a first time homeowner. The attention they gave me and my husband with explaining the process the whole way has been exceptional! I appreciate Eddie and his team and will be in contact when selling our home for a bigger space in the near future! Highly recommend Eddie and his team for any real estate needs!

I have worked with Alex and Ed a total of 3 times soon to be 4! There’s no one else I trust in San Diego!!! They are personable, kind, trustworthy, loyal, funny, and just down to earth great guys!! They are hardworking Family guys! They will go above and beyond to make their clients happy! My first purchase with Alex was 7 years ago when my son was just an infant, Alex helped me and my now ex husband and our new born find the perfect place. He accommodated our schedule and even watched the sleeping little guy (sometimes awake little guy) while we toured places, and would try to entertain him while mom and dad looked at homes. Then he helped sell it when time came. Fast for 5 years and the time came where I wanted to buy again 2 years ago, but this time, now I’m a full time single mom, and that little guy is now 7 he’s my special needs handsome little boy, and yet again Alex and Ed were there again, by my side, step by step assisting me with everything, working with my schedule, you name it! Things wouldn’t be possible if not for them! By far the best out there!! Core reality is the only way to go! Alex and Ed make the best team!!
