If you’ve ever wanted to experience a mild identity crisis on rails, allow me to introduce you to San Diego’s Green Line, the train that is, quite confidently, red. Not green. Not even pretending to be green. Just fully, unapologetically red, like it woke up and chose chaos. Color confusion aside, this thing runs. Smooth, fast, and somehow always showing up right when you need it, like a dependable friend who also happens to be a 100‑foot metal tube. It’ll take you to most places you actually want to go in San Diego, and it does it without judgment, even if you’re carrying a surfboard, a burrito the size of your forearm, or the emotional weight of trying to understand why the Green Line is red. Honestly, 10/10. Would ride again. Still no idea why it's red.

Conveniently located at the Little Italy and County Center core, the trolley station is always clean, not overly crowded especially since the Chargers left. I’m not sure why they have 4 blocking crossings bars, it could have a car that passed first bar and get stuck by the second and there will be no way out. Maybe someone from the city could read this and remove the “exit” bars.
