Tried the ube and lychee ice cream in a waffle cone, and both flavors were delicious. The ube was creamy, rich, and not overly sweet, while the lychee was light, refreshing, and full of flavor. The fresh, crispy waffle cone made it even better. Definitely coming back

After a concert in San Jose, we were heading back to our hotel around 11 p.m. on a Friday night and decided to stop at CREAM Ice Cream since it was right on the way. There were about six people in line ahead of us, and unfortunately, there was only one employee working. I will say, he was incredibly friendly and doing his absolute best, but it was obvious he could have used some help. He was baking cookies, scooping ice cream, taking orders, and running the register all by himself. Despite being pulled in every direction, he stayed pleasant and got everyone taken care of. The store itself was really warm. In fact, it was so hot inside that when the door was open, the cool evening breeze actually felt amazing coming in. Once we got our ice cream, though, we were happy! My daughter got two scoops of chocolate brownie, and I went with two scoops of Rocky Road. Both were delicious and exactly what we needed after a late night at the concert. I also noticed they have quite a few vegan and dairy-free options, which is a great bonus for people with dietary restrictions. Overall, it was a perfect late-night treat to end our evening. Pros: - You still get a giant scoop of ice cream, and a generously sized sandwich is still under $10 - Lots of flavors and they're all delicious - Vegan/dairy-free ice creams are no extra charge - Fast, friendly service Cons: - The plastic spoons are too flimsy to scoop any ice cream, unless you wait 10 minutes for it to melt. I suggest bringing your own, but that's rather annoying. - The new menus and signs are AI generated. They advertise "nutty aid creay" pistachio, "itallan" gianduja with "hazeinut", and strawberry "frult" sorbet. Obviously you can't trust the pictures either.

Good ice cream, open tool late night. The server there has amazing amount of patience and took care of customer. I took away the 1 star, because of the kiosk experience. It creates confusion. And Un necessary rush.
