This place is legit. It is very clean and organized and they have a great selection. I can't wait to cook my steak!! As for the chicken, they were able to slice thin breasts for me as asked. Alfonso was very knowledgeable and kind. I will be returning!!

The best butcher shop I’ve been to! Super nice staff and the quality stands out compared to so many places in the bay. Love the options and bonus is the folks a lot about various cuisines. So they cut the meat accordingly to your requirements!! The ready made marinade meat is stellar!

It is always welcoming and quite enjoyable to visit. - They make my time as a backyard BBQ cook seamless. They always help me find exactly what I need, even when I don't fully know what I'm talking about. - The owner and Alfonso run an incredible operation. Alfonso does an efficient and expert job trimming and prepping my brisket when I am short on time. - I always go for their top-tier, never-frozen Prime grade Harris Ranch beef. - The whole team has a great, forgiving butcher shop presence and they work together perfectly. - It has been awesome to watch the business grow. Custom Cut Butcher is our new go-to spot for meat! Great customer service—Alfonso was incredibly helpful, detail-oriented, and kind. Two thumbs up for Alfonso! Excited to try the Wagyu from New Zealand and the grass-fed ribeye steaks. They also carry a variety of seasonings. Definitely a must-visit if you’re looking for high-quality cuts. Oh—and we picked up a whole chicken, and Alfonso cut it for us. Awesome service!

No need to look any further, absolute best butcher around. Amazing quality meat and seafood and the service is top notch. Scallops were great. The bone in ribeye is our go to. We also love all of the employees here and just the experience of stopping in and picking out dinner is always a treat.
