Greetings, I would like to begin by saying that I like the food, I would like to respectfully bring some concerns regarding customer service to management’s attention. I believe the cashiers working at the front counter should receive additional guidance and training on maintaining consistent, positive customer service throughout the entire transaction. I have noticed that employees may be friendly and welcoming at the beginning of an interaction, but as the transaction continues, their positive attitude and level of attentiveness can begin to decline. Moving forward, I believe the general manager, supervisors, and owner should place greater emphasis on ensuring that all front-counter employees remain friendly, welcoming, respectful, attentive, and professional from the beginning of the interaction through the very end. Customer service should remain consistent regardless of how long the transaction takes. I would also like to address communication with customers when a cashier is not present at the front counter. There are times when the cashier may be in the back, outside, or otherwise away from the register, leaving the cook responsible for assisting customers. In those situ

Ordered a pastrami burger and fries with a milkshake. First the fries were ok, lacked seasoning, as if paprika and a little salt was enough. The burger was ok as well. Burger was a little dry, not enough pastrami nor flavor. The milkshake was such a consolation for the overall atmosphere and main course items I ordered. Speaking of the atmosphere. There is a horrible smell of either sewage or a rat infestation smell. Maybe a dead mouse forgotten about. Kinda puts a dim on the establishment. Hopefully they find that problem. I might have to try a different menu item my next visit and hopefully it smells better.

Firstly, I used to frequent DTown Burgers for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. I stopped in just for water after feeling a bit fatigued when another customer randomly but kindly offered to buy me lunch. The cashier, who has served me many times before, was acting completely unlike her usual self. She was sluggish, disoriented, slurring her words, struggled with simple tasks like finding a cup, laughed at inappropriate moments, and even admitted she "wasn't feeling good." I jokingly asked if she was on shrooms because her behavior was so unusual, but before I could say I was kidding, she became belligerent and disrespectful. I wasn't the only one concerned. The other customer asked the cook if she was okay which seemed to offend her as you can see in the video. The gentleman seemed genuinely concerned for her but she took his concern as an insult instead. I also monitored her interactions with other customers, and when the next customer came in to order a burger she asked them what size? The customer was confused and asked her to clarify what she meant to which she babbled something incoherently in response, making the customer quickly change their mind about ordering and ended up ju

This was one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I’ve had. I was initially charged for my order, and when the employee Diana realized an item was missed, I agreed to correct the transaction properly. I specifically asked her to refund the original charge and then charge the correct amount again. She said she processed the refund and charged me again. I had no issue paying the correct amount. However, the way this was handled is completely unacceptable: • No card confirmation for the refund • No refund receipt provided • No proof that any refund was actually processed At this point, I have two charges on my account and no verification that the original transaction was refunded. When I asked for a manager or owner, I was told “I don’t know” multiple times, and that she was not supposed to provide that information. The behavior was also extremely unprofessional: • She is often on her phone while taking orders and making mistakes without acknowledging it • She repeatedly addressed me as “mama,” which is inappropriate • She told me to “calm down” despite me remaining calm and respectful • She called me rude while I was simply asking for clarification • She recorded m
