For the first time, we did not have to wait an extended period. The ordering process was straightforward. The cashier was exceptionally friendly and personalized our order according to our specifications. I was thoroughly satisfied with the exceptional service provided.

Love this place! My daughter and I can't for the first time the other day and they didn't disappoint. To top it off EVERYONE there was so kind and upbeat. The food, the service, the environment all amazing. We will be back any to be honest I am not sure what I like better, their fries, burgers or hotdogs. Edit: I noticed a few reviews comparing the food here to other places around the country. A Chicago dog is going to be different than a Detroit dog and so on. NYC style pizza is going to be different than Chicago style and so on. When people make those comparisons, they're not comparing apples to apples for one and for two, you're using biases in making your review. Preferences are okay, but to give someone a bad review, because you like another style of hotdog better is wild. If there's a better place in LA for chili, burgers, fries and dogs, then say that.... so far I have found no one better than this place.

I was reccomended to try it out but was met with some issues. Initially they ran out of fries and someone had to bring it over from the main building. I think this might be a nice antiquey feature but it caused some delay in orders being delivered that really put a damper on my experience. The burger itself was reminiscent of a McDonald's burger. The cheese was probably the best thing about it honestly. The fries were decent. All in all Id say its worth a try but maybe not rave worthy. Update: Next time I go I will try the chili burger as that is what was reccomended.

Chili tasted okay on the burger, but the fries with chili was great. I think that's a better combination. It made me think about a dish we have in my home country (The Netherlands) called "Patatje Oorlog". Good experience

My husband loves this place so I tried out. We ordered double chilli cheeseburger and chilli cheeses fries. I felt like price was quite high for fast food. Also there is no sitting dine in area. So you have to eat standing up. Food was overall good but the presentation of food was .. remind me of something I dont want to say lol.. but overall good
