For a place to eat or drink, the questions that matter most are simple: is it open now, how long is the wait at peak hours, and does the menu suit the group you are bringing. American restaurants typically run lunch and dinner services with a quieter stretch in between, coffee shops open early, and many kitchens close earlier on Sunday. Cards and tap-to-pay are accepted almost everywhere, a tip of 15-20% is customary for table service, and sales tax is added at the register.

Really enjoyed my visit here. The experience feels like two completely different venues in the best way possible. The outdoor area has a lively, energetic atmosphere that's perfect for grabbing a drink and socializing while waiting for a table, while the interior offers a much more intimate and relaxed setting. One standout dish was the buttermilk fried chicken—crispy, flavorful, and unlike anything I've had elsewhere. It was definitely a highlight of the meal.

Wow wow wow! I knew I was going somewhere special, but this was hands down the best experience I have ever had going to a cocktail bar. It is a carefully curated ambiance experience. The cocktails are, as they should be, created with skill and accuracy, but the service and food were also outstanding!

I’ve been thinking about coming back on a Monday for their $2 oysters, and they were so worth it. Super fresh, sweet, and clean, and the sauce is honestly amazing. I’d say this is one of my favorite spots in LA. The food not really can be order much else here, but the cocktails have never disappointed so far.

We enjoyed our first Death & Co experience during a layover in LA. It was a bit of effort to make it from the airport and back that night, but completely worth it! As investors we were able to use the priority reservations to guarantee a table. We also got to enjoy the Friends & Family menu, which has some exclusive cocktails. The atmosphere was only exceeded by the friendly and welcoming staff. My wife got to get the Vintage Eggnog, which she had been excited to try. We also shared the Mai Tai for Two in the double skull mug. 💀 It was a fantastic experience and we can’t wait to visit again!

One of my favorite bars in LA. The cocktails are always delicious, balanced, and beautifully presented, and I love the atmosphere. Huge thank you to Mikey for the incredible hospitality; every drink he made was phenomenal. Can't wait to be back again soon!
