I have never felt so disrespected at a hospital. I came in for strep at once point, the doctors told me they didn’t think I had it, didn’t even run my rapid strep, and gave me a steroid without telling me what it was. After that they gave me penicillin which wasn’t strong enough to kill my infection. The doctors here are entirely dismissive and rude. Spoiler alert I actually did have strep and had to get real antibiotics from somewhere else. The nurses even said “lymph node swelling doesn’t mean an infection” which I’m aware of… I get lymph node swelling on its own a lot, and I get strep a lot. I can tell the difference between the two, but apparently not according to the doctors here. Edit: I connected my account to read my charts after a recent visit and they literally lied on the chart lmao stay away from here

I have to state, that I am very impressed with your hospital and services used as a patient. Each time I have used Dignity, the experience has been five stars. Most recently, my ER visit, was quick and exceeded my expectations. Please continue doing what your doing, because it is working. I appreciate every staff member I had the pleasure of interacting with and commend them on their warm professional commitment to patient wellness. If asked, I would definitely recommend Dignity Hospital to family and friend's.

So far what I can say is that I’ve been to different clinics and hospitals and no one could of told me of my knee problem. When a friend recommended me to come to this hospital I could definitely say that they heard all my concerns. I explained to them that I’ve been having this problem for so many years. And for the first time they gave me a result Of my situation and what I should do next. I could say that. I definitely recommend this place. They took really care of me even though the process is quite a while. It takes long, but at the end you get the result. And I can also say that I was able to qualify for my account and then I could say thank you for everything. I would definitely come back.

My experience was a humble experience. I know it's named Dignity Health, but it will always be California Medical Hospital to me and my family. Both of my children was born there Neville 34 and Precious 24 now. Lol and believe it are not my daughter Precious just had her first child there October 2023. I live nowhere near the hospital but l traveled there because I knew that I would get top notch care which I did receive. From the emergency room to my room a couple of people was rude to me. The lady that pressured me to hurry and get my doctors phone number was very rude. My doctor sent me to the emergency room. And the second shift nurse was rude as well. But the first shift nurse Sonya was amazin she notice my fear of needles and she comfort me where l didn't really feel when she gave me my shots. The emergency room looks amazin, it was a state of art emergency room. And l didn't have to wait 10 hours to be seen. I recommend California Medical Hospital to anyone. I truly thank you for the service. Please 🙏 keep up the amazin service to the community.

Are you looking for a hospital with medical professionals that care about your well being? If so, RUUUUUUUN! This place should be your ultimate last resort. My last hospital visit lasted over 4 days. Mostly because the nurses were negligent and unprofessional. They didn’t administer the antibiotics and pain medications as prescribed. They killed time until shift change and I waited over 6 hours to finally get any medication on day 2. They only became attentive when I threatened to auto discharge and asked to speak to the person in charge which they did not send over to my room. I was dehumanized during an extremely vulnerable moment. They played hot potato and took turns “going to ask the doctors” about my medications and they didn’t come back to check up on me. I overheard one of my nurses admit she didn’t believe me about my symptoms until she actually saw me vomiting my life away. I felt like I was going to die there and nobody would notice until it was too late. I missed out on2 of my children’s important games and one of their birthday’s over their gross negligence. They may be able to find another job but my family can’t replace me. I can’t get those moments back! I was als
