I would like to thank all the staff starting from Dr. Christian Swanson/Dr. Amani Munshi for a successful robotic surgery. My amazing anesthesiologist Dr. John Carey, I had the best experience. From pre op, Ms. Yumi and Andrew, my OR nurse Bon and PACU nurse which I donβt remember anything thank you from the bottom of my heart. 5 stars for them. :) To ASU staffs, Ms. Julie, Ms. Irene, Ms. Megan for 5 star services during my stay in their unit. To Neuro staffs who came and visited me, I appreciate you guys. And finally to my OPS family, thank you for all the support. MGH is the best!

I had aortic valve replacement surgery done on June 4th, at Mercy General Hospital. I had my pre-opp appointment on June 2 at Mercy General Hospital. It was really nice how they did everything to get me ready for my surgery on June 4! My blood was taken, an echocardiogram and an electrocardiogram was done, the anaesthiologist talked to me, I had a chest x-ray, and some other things were done. We were even served a lunch!! My husband got to stay in my room the whole time while the tests were being done! June 4, we had valet parking park our car, I 'checked in', and put on my gown and rested before my surgery. When they were ready to wheel me in the operating room, I was given anesthesia almost right away! The procedure was a TAVR - to insert the new Aorctic Valve through my groin! I woke up in the recovery room two hours later, and was totally amazed that my surgery was done!!! I couldn't believe it! I was in the hospital till Friday night, June 5 at 6:00 pm. I had wonderful caring nurses, and the food was outstanding! Every meal was heart-healthy and was like the food I eat at home! It was delicious!! The nurses were always in my room when I requested their assista

I had a wonderful experience at Mercy General Hospital in Sacramento. From the moment I arrived at the Emergency Department, I felt cared for and supported. The staff, nurses, and doctors were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. Everyone treated me with respect, patience, and genuine compassion. The hospital has a very welcoming, family-like feeling, which made a stressful situation much easier. I truly appreciate the excellent care, attention, and kindness I received from the entire team. Thank you to all the doctors, nurses, and staff for your dedication and for providing such great service. I am very grateful for my experience and highly recommend Mercy General Hospital. β€οΈ

To the Leadership and Staff of Mercy General Hospital, I am writing with a heart that is overwhelmingly full. Our family came through your doors during one of the most uncertain moments of our lives. Because of Dr. Herbert Luuβs extraordinary skill and steady hands, Linda is still here with us. She is our miracle. We will forever be grateful for the life-saving care she received. But what we experienced at Mercy General was more than medical excellence. We were surrounded by compassion at every level. The attentive and caring nurses. The kind security guards who greeted us at the entrance each day. The attendant who stayed faithfully with Linda day and night. The housekeeping staff who quietly keep everything spotless and running smoothly. Even the sweet cashier in the cafeteria who always asked how Linda was doing. On Thanksgiving, I went down to the cafeteria to see what was being served. I was amazed to find a full Thanksgiving meal β turkey, mashed potatoes, vegetables, gravy, salad, a roll, and pumpkin pie. When I went to pay, I was told it was free. I was overwhelmed. After eating, I went back to thank those who had served the meal. With a lump in my throat and tears in my ey

Review: Compassionate care and a life-saving diagnosis Our family had a very frightening experience that showed us the true difference attentive medical care can make. My grandma first went to the ER at Kaiser Permanente, where her symptoms were dismissed as anxiety. Despite clear concerns and our requests to look deeper, no thorough evaluation was done and she was sent home. Only a few hours later her condition became critical and she had to be taken by ambulance to Mercy San Juan Medical Center. From the moment we arrived, the staff took her seriously. They listened carefully to every detail we shared and performed a full evaluation. The nurses and doctors were patient, understanding, and supportive β answering all of our questions and making sure we understood everything. Most importantly, they properly diagnosed her with a heart block, something that had been completely missed earlier. She was then transferred to Mercy General Hospital where she received exceptional care. She underwent surgery and had a pacemaker placed. Throughout her stay the staff remained compassionate, communicative, and attentive to both her and our family. We truly believe Mercyβs thoroughness and w
