I had a very positive experience with the Gastroenterology Department. The doctor, nurses, and entire staff were professional, friendly, and caring throughout the process. They explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and made sure I knew what to expect at each step. I felt comfortable and well taken care of from beginning to end. I highly recommend this team!

Dr. Zhong is the best doctor I have been a patient of. He is kind, intelligent, and all around a great person. I really appreciate everything him and his team has done for me. Dr. Bhandal is an amazing psychiatrist who is kind, caring, and very knowledgeable. Her peer Doylene Chan, PHD, is another wonderful person that has helped me navigate through very challenging situations. I am very grateful for their help. Kaiser has always been great to me and as a healthcare worker myself - I really appreciate the way they are organized and have easy workflows they follow that makes their patient care top of the line. Highly recommend Kaiser for any medical needs.

Dr Fennessy is an all around great spine surgeon who suggested and performed a newer, innovative lumbar spinal fusion surgical technique that is avoids the extensive muscle and bone damage that occurs in the more traditional lumbar fusion surgery. This results in a much faster and somewhat less pain recovery. Great “bedside manner” as well. The care I received in pre-op and the recovery room was awesome and the nursing and PT care in the hospital was great. It made the not fun at all lumbar fusion surgery a much more manageable and even pleasant.

I had an excellent experience with the podiatry department. The entire team was professional, caring, and attentive. The doctor took the time to listen to my concerns, explained my treatment clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The staff was also friendly and efficient. I had a great appointment with Jason in orthopedics. He was very organized, knowledgeable, and friendly. He took the time to explain everything clearly and gave me a lot of helpful information about how to heal after my clavicle surgery. I felt really well cared for and confident about my recovery after talking to him. Highly recommend!
