I had never been to sutter before but was given the opportunity to give birth there this pregnancy. I just had my baby this past weekend. I got induced on Saturday and gave birth Sunday. First and foremost all the nurses I had were amazing, but I definitely want to give a huge thank you to my nurse I had Saturday night through Sunday morning. Her name is Bianca. Not only did she make me feel comfortable, but she made me feel heard, seen and supported. She throughly explained everything, she was very knowledgeable and helpful. We shared some laughs, she seen me cry in pain she made me feel like family. She ended up delivering my baby her shift and I couldn’t be more thankful that I got so lucky with a nurse like her. If I ever get the chance to have another baby, I would hope to come across her again. If not to meet another nurse like her. Bianca, thank you once again.

Sacramento has the worst hospitals no doubt. It sucks that people have to be literally dying/unconscious for you to get taken care of. I have severe gastritis I’ve been in the ER throwing up with pain they wouldn’t take me in until I faint and fall on my face from the extreme pain. But yet you have doctors and nurses having conversations/chit chatting about things that aren’t work related instead of working getting the patients worked on. This hospital system is broken they can bring homeless in the hospitals and they’ll get attended first instead of the tax paying patients.

I want to thank everyone who helped our daughter during our hospital stay for RSV and Pneumonia. To her PICU nurses (Nurse Courtney, Abby, Kaley, and Julia) and Peds nurses (Nurse Jada, Kristina, Robin and Celia), thank you all so much for the care you've put in our child. To her RTs and pediatricians, thank you for being thorough and diligent. It was a very scary and frustrating time, but you all have been so patient and accommodating. I'd also like to give Child Life a shout out for helping our little one get through the boredom of a hospital bed 🙂

Where to even begin, we took my 5 year old who had been experiencing fevers for 7+ days, was in and out of hospitals until I brought her to Sutter Health!🥺 They made me feel heard, understood and the help and dedication they put into my daughter was beyond i could ever imagine. To all the doctors, staff, nurses THANK YOU!! Thank you for reassuring us for guiding us for hearing us and for making ny daughter feel better than she was, not only did you go above and beyond but you made her know how brave she was every step of the way each and one of you MAY GOD TRULY BLESS YOU🤍🙏🏼 Best hospital EVER!!

Amazing!!! My 8 year old daughter had appendicitis and we went through emergency room. They are absolutely Professionals, kindly, great. Was hard to go through this but they make it so smoothly and confortable. Me and my daughter felt care and loved. She had surgery and she is recovering now, we feel so blessed and had an amazing experience. Doctors, nurses, all the staff THANK YOU FOR TAKING CARE OF US, GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU!
