For a place to eat or drink, the questions that matter most are simple: is it open now, how long is the wait at peak hours, and does the menu suit the group you are bringing. American restaurants typically run lunch and dinner services with a quieter stretch in between, coffee shops open early, and many kitchens close earlier on Sunday. Cards and tap-to-pay are accepted almost everywhere, a tip of 15-20% is customary for table service, and sales tax is added at the register.
The business lists hours on 6 days of the week. Typical hours are 6 pm–12 am. It is closed on Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (619) 621-9486. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone.
Customers rate it 4.8 out of 5 on Google across 82 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded cafes & coffee shops in San Diego.
San Diego is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and San Diego follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Did not expect such a great flavor. Coffee is amazing in here and the service is great, quiet atmosphere that allows you to speak without any problems. Ordered the Habibi & Pistachio latte, both were excellent.

Sometimes the best spots hide in plain sight, and Café Dubai is exactly that kind of treasure. Tucked between a hookah shop and a Thai massage place, and sitting across from the Salvation Army shelter, this café doesn’t scream “must-visit” at first glance. But step inside, and you’ll find one of San Diego’s most authentic little escapes. The owner is warm and welcoming, and the Turkish coffee is the real deal — strong, rich, and finished with that signature sludge at the bottom that tells you you’re not drinking a knock-off. Add in a couple of crescent roll pastries on the side, and suddenly you’re transported far from the busy street outside. My companion and I lingered, sipping slowly, enjoying the weather and the quiet charm of the place. It’s the kind of café you stumble across once and keep coming back to, partly for the flavor and partly for the story you get to tell afterward.

A truly elegant and well-kept place, with a full Dubai-style vibe: refined décor, spotless environment, and a relaxing atmosphere thanks to the background music. Even the bathrooms are immaculate. We ordered two Dubai Lattes – delicious, creamy, and super aesthetic, perfect for both the taste buds and the camera! An experience that combines flavor and design, definitely worth trying.

The boss is so friendly and just such a wholesome guy! Amazing customer service. They have Dubai chocolate bars shipped from Dubai ($20), Turkey ($19), as well as Dubai chocolate bars made in San Diego ($15). They also have the viral Dubai cakes, which look so good!!

Honestly , i rarely write reviews, I have never been to a lounge that has exceeded my expectations . I’ll tell you why . I was treated with respect as a Muslim hijabi woman. This place is great for studying its does get busy towards the evening time around 6 pm and up . However for me it’s doable . The owners and employees check on you periodically and make sure your hookah is up to standards so you don’t have to spend on a refill spoiler alert I still spend on a refill because I’m here for a while and it’s just good vibes. They don’t rip you off . The prices are cheaper than other places by a couple bucks. The drinks are so good I tried a simple hazelnut latte and then I tried a Dubai latte and I’m not a sweet tooth kind of person but it’s so good !! The Dubai chocolate here is hands down the best downtown . I think Dubai chocolate is overrated but let me tell you the white Dubai chocolate is bomb.com. I also had their strawberry redbull it’s also yummy. Parking i can see it being bit difficult for people but I never had an issue , I always found one up front or down the street. Feel free to talk to the employees and owners they are very understanding and have great communicat
