If you want to get scammed by Vi the owner, this is the place to come to for your travel needs. We wanted to travel to Singapore, Malaysia, Bali, and Taiwan. He initially booked the whole trip with air fair and the touring itinerary that seemed to be fair pricings so we agreed to it....once we agreed to it he said, the price is now increased to $700 more and it was only one day later. Wasn't too happy but we proceeded anyways. Then the very next day we get another email from Vi, he tells us there is another increase in price roughly $400 for the both of us. His excuse was that we booked too soon he needed much more time in advance. Well, on the touring company "Charming Holidays" website and the brochure he handed me and my wife it clearly is written they leave every Mon, Thurs, Sat. Furthermore, this is not what he initially informed us. If this is the case then why did you quoted us the prices and worked out the whole flying schedule and touring package, and the price with us? Be warned: Vi, his business style is to pressure you into giving him your passports so he can save your spot immediately and then he will charge you a lot more once he knows you are interested. My experience with East West travel was great. I went in to get a visa for Vietnam and they made it very convenient for me. Just took in my passport and they took my photo there, and that was it. I got my multi entry visa very quickly. I would recommend them over other agencies. I went a few other agencies before coming here and they would only offer me a single entry 30 day visa and at a much more expensive price then I paid at East west travel. I already saved you the trouble of going to a few other agencies in San Diego . East West Travel is by far the best option.

Had a great experience with East West booking a trip and getting the Visa needed in just a few weeks. Everything was handled for me and at a reasonable price. The company was very direct about everything and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Super fast when you're there. In and out in 5 minutes. Got my multi visit Visa for China in 2 weeks. No questions. There only thing is I didn't get a phone call. Just make sure you call them in two weeks to see if it's ready. Easy stuff.
