Looking for a simple, stress-free, and professional China visa experience? We had an amazing experience here and were pleasantly surprised by how smooth the entire process was. We initially expected the application process to involve lots of questions, paperwork, and complicated steps. Instead, everything was straightforward and well organized. Helen, who assisted us, was incredibly kind, patient, thoughtful, and professional. She made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. All we needed to provide were our driver’s licenses and passports. Helen even took our visa photos and guided us through completing the online application forms. We waited about three weeks to receive our passports back with the visas. Although it took a little longer than we initially expected, the overall experience was wonderful, and the excellent customer service made the wait worthwhile. I’m so happy to have found this place to help with my newborn’s Chinese visa application, especially since we’re planning to visit family in China at the end of the year. The whole process was incredibly easy and fast—only took 10 days! The price was very reasonable too, just $260 for everything. What I loved most is that we didn’t have to travel all the way to LA, which saved me a ton of time on traffic, waiting, and the hassle of traveling with a baby. The staff were super friendly and professional; all I had to do was drop off the documents. Their location inside the 99 Ranch Market is super convenient, since I’m there often for grocery shopping anyway.
