I got locked out past midnight on a Sunday, right after getting back from a trip. I texted Robert some photos of the lock, and he actually tried to walk me through fixing it myself first so I wouldn't have to pay for a service call. When that didn't do the trick, he showed up in about 30 minutes and had my lock reset and working again in under 5 minutes. Robert was incredibly kind, responsive, and honest — the kind of person who tries to save you money before trying to make a sale. Prices were more than fair, and his response time in an urgent, late-night situation was seriously impressive. Can't recommend him enough!

Locked myself out of my room & Eddy was able to get my door open within 15 minutes!! Pricing was reasonable & was charged $90. Very fast arrival & service, appreciate that they are a 24 hour company.

Thank you soooo much to Robert and his team for responding to an early evening call so quickly and professionally this past weekend. I locked myself out of my house without access to a spare. After sending him a couple photos of the locks I had access to, he quickly quoted me an all-in estimate that was half the price of someone else. I was so surprised and appreciative. He even gave me advice about how to protect myself if I chose another service. His serviceman came within 30 minutes and got me back into my house in a short amount of time. Locks are still good, too. I highly recommend El Cheapo!

Robert is a true scholar of locks! I called him with a problem I was having with an electronic deadbolt that I was attempting to install. He asked a few questions, and had me text him a couple of photos. He was able to determine that my newly purchased deadbolt was defective! Robert solved my problem over the phone! I exchanged my deadbolt and reinstalled the replacement, which now works perfectly. I definitely recommend this business and will absolutely call him the next time I need a locksmith.

AMAZING!!! After screening several other locksmith companies that turned out to be scammers or flat out unprofessional, these guys seemed to be the most reliable. Eddie gave clear and consistent communication and offered a set price, unlike everyone else who wanted to see the lock in person and create a random price on the spot. Eddie arrived early, waited for me to get cash, and got me back in my apartment in five minutes. All for $125. I’m so appreciative of their fast and professional service and highly recommend them to anyone. Don’t waste your time with those other weirdos. HIRE THESE GUYS!!!
