My family and I received the best customer service we've ever had for a car rental. The counter service was streamlined, quick and amazing. The counter person was very courteous. We were treated like royalty. We were directed to our van by 2 other ladies who were extremely nice. We were then greeted by Jayden who took us to our car and helped us load the van. Ironically my family and I were just discussing that getting rental cars was extremely difficult and time consuming. We have renewed hope thanks to Enterprise in the San Diego Airport. Excellent, Excellent!!!

Enterprise doesn't really need my review. They have plenty of 5 stars already. But I had such a wonderful experience I can't help myself. They do have the easiest efficient process of all rental car companies I have ever used for both business and pleasure. Mia was exceptional. She offered so many choices of cars to choose from. We changed our mind on the first car. She happily gave us another car. We had questions about operating the car. Mia patiently helped us. It was extremely impressive given how busy they were. She was multitasking so calmly. Most people including me would not be so professional and so good. Mia could teach a class on customer service that would benefit a lot of companies.

Mia at the front desk was exceptionally helpful! She was kind, sharp, and even helped me navigate San Diego when my phone broke right before my reservation. I truly wouldn't have been able to make it out the airport without her help. I also had a great experience with the gentleman who helped picked out a vehicle. Overall, I enjoyed my visit to this location and would highly recommend booking your rental car here. And it was more affordable for a nice vehicle than the others!

Best service I have ever received in renting a vehicle. I was out the door with my immaculatly cleaned vehicle within minutes of arriving. When returning the vehicle I had the best representive, Al, check us in. I felt like I was talking to a cruise director. He was polite, effienct but also very happy and kind. Not what I expected when returning a vehicle, but I'll take it! When vising San Diego I will always use Enterprise! Thank you Enterprise and Al. You made my trip, start to finish, amazing!

First time using Enterprise, and we had a great experience! Andrew at the San Diego Airport location took excellent care of us. Despite being incredibly busy, he never missed a beat when it came to customer service. The vehicle we originally reserved wasn’t available, but he found us a great temporary alternative and recommended we come back after the weekend when more vehicles would be available. We did, and the exchange was quick and easy, and we ended up with a vehicle that was an even better fit for our needs. Their inventory is impressive, and the pickup, exchange, and drop-off processes were all smooth and efficient. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and helpful. Highly recommend!
