It's a fusion restaurant, but I still think this is the best Indian / Nepalese food I've had in the SF Bay area. I had homemade veg pakoras, crispy with great sauce, chicken sekuwa, a sumptious garlic ginger flavor. Their sauces are super. They gave me two of their momo dumplings ... Mmmmmmm masala chai tea to finish. I might come here for lunch the next two days. The young men working tonight were quick and friendly, this is a very popular place, not too many tables. If you love spicy food, you ought to try it.

The Everest cousin is definitely one of the best places serving Indo-Chinese food. The food is very tasty, flavorful and fragrant. The service is very friendly when they treat you as family. And Sugam is the more friendly and welcoming server I have met during my dining experience! He is always with smile and let you try dishes if you are not sure what to pick. We have brought many out friends in and everyone loves it.

We were here at Everest Cuisine today, and we really had a wonderful experience. We started of with Fry Momo, Chicken Chilli Momo and Titanic Jhol momo, there momo were really juicy and full with flavors. The mix chicken chowmein was really amazing which I was craving for sincelong time. Service and ambience was great. Clean Restroom. Have parking space for customers.

I recently visited Everest Cuisine San Jose restaurant and had an amazing dining experience. Every dish we tried was full of flavor and beautifully prepared. The Chicken Tikka Masala was outstanding rich, creamy, and perfectly spiced with tender pieces of chicken that melted in the mouth. The Tandoori Lamb Chops were another highlight, itβs smoky, juicy, and incredibly flavorful with just the right char from the tandoor. The naan was fresh, soft, and perfect for soaking up the delicious sauces. We also ordered the Chicken 65 Biryani, which had a wonderful balance of spices and aroma, with the crispy, flavorful chicken adding a unique twist to the classic biryani. To start, we had the Samosa Chaat, and it was absolutely delicious, crispy samosas topped with tangy chutneys, yogurt, and spices that created a perfect mix of textures and flavors. Overall, the food was authentic, satisfying, and clearly made with care. If you enjoy Indian cuisine, this place is definitely worth visiting. Iβll definitely be coming back to try more dishes.

One of my favorite meals in a while. I loved the momos β the sauce was amazing, and they were cooked perfectly. Very solid lassi as well. Definitely a fan of the lamb dish, but the star of the meal was the gulab jamun; this was the best version of the dish I've had in recent memory, really amazing. Will for sure return!
