My experience was great! For being my first time going the self check in prosses was very easy, parking was also extremely easy to get in and out of. When you originally call they have a great feature to check if your insurance is covered there that only took me less than a minute to check. I didn't have to wait long to be seen. I liked how they had a screen that counted down the patient's in front of you. The nurse Anh was very polite and made me feel very comfortable along with the provider Shana Hedvat were all very efficient and kind. I would definitely recommend going here.

I have been here a few times and the wait can be anywhere from short to a medium-long-ish visit. Today wasn’t too bad. Got pulled in and seen in a timely manner and Anh was the one who did my vitals and was very friendly and helpful and the provider, Shana, was also very straightforward and kind and it was just an overall great experience. I’d say the care is great there especially for being in DTLA and in a poorer area, so kudos to this clinic.

Loved it here! We luckily got seen fast early in the morning. I had to get x-rays done and Anh was the best! She was super sweet, funny, & personable. I would come back just for her. She went above and beyond to adjust my crutches & gave me good advice. I could tell she is an expert at what she does:) 💕💕

I had a great experience at Exer Urgent Care. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. The front desk staff was very helpful, and the medical team took the time to listen to all of my concerns and provided thorough care without making me feel rushed. That was so appreciated. A special thank you to Anh, who made my visit even better. We discovered we’re the same age and had a fun conversation about old slang vs current slang and reminiscing about childhood memories. It was such a nice and unexpected connection :) All of the ladies I interacted with had amazing energy and made me feel genuinely cared for. I truly appreciate their good energy and would definitely return if I ever need urgent care again.

Staff, medical team were highly attentive and helpful and I was seen immediately, Check in was very super helpful as the medical assistant had completed the necessary information for checkin since i was a returning patient to this location with all of my Insurance ,billing and other information being the same and quickly was assessed and treatment started for my chronic respiratory issues. The entire team was very supportive and attentive to what the doctors treatment plan entailed and I want to express that this was a walk-in appointment that completed intake , assessment and completed treatment care on site within and just before closing time. Thank you for helping make my treatment and visit possible! Huge improvement from prior visits…. Thank you again.
