Came in as a walk in, was seen right away. Doctor on site was very knowledgeable, eager to answer any of my questions, grounded and truly a kind human. As well as Anthony, the assistant helping the doctor, very awesome people. I appreciated them both very much for their service and would gladly go back. Felt very cared for overall. Thank you!

The front desk staff and doctor were both very kind and helpful. They were the only urgent care in the area that had the supplies in stock to remove something stuck in the ear canal. The wait time can be up to an hour if you do not have an appointment, but they’re quick once it’s your turn to see the doctor.

I was a walk in, easy check in process that you do in their tablet by the receptionist desk. I wasn’t in any critical situation so the 1 hour wait wasn’t a big deal to me ( they usually take WAY less than this but there were a couple people ahead of me) the assistants were friendly and everything went smoothly! The doctor was thorough in his findings for my appointment and I was on my way after that. Lovely staff! would recommend :)

Don't recommend walk ins, your wait time will be upwards of 3 hours to be seen if you are lucky. They say they prioritize based on the severity of the alignment but that's also a lie. They will not provide updates or any type of communication what so ever, much better off going to an actual ER. Good part is they will make you attach a credit card for payment before they let you see how long you have to wait and charge you the cost of visit before any type of communication on when you will be seen. Nothing urgent about the care, so the name is really misleading; should definitely be called "Maybe we Care"?

I've been a client of this urgent care for over two years. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful, and they have knowledgeable doctors. The place is clean. I saw Dr. Sharon today, and it was refreshing to see a female doctor with such a friendly attitude. I would suggest that they prominently display signage encouraging the use of masks for all people inside the clinic.
