Dr. Grant Meyer & Madeleine Crawford, PA are truly amazing. They’re incredibly smart, but what really stands out is how kind and attentive they are. They take the time to listen and always make me feel heard, which means a lot. They’re also reliable with filling my meds on time, so I never have to worry about that. Honestly, they are angels. The front-end staff at FocusHealth is just as warm and welcoming, and every visit has been a great experience. I can’t recommend this office enough-it really feels like the kind of personal, thoughtful care you don’t see as often anymore.

This place used to be incredible when it was San Diego Internal Medicine. I don’t know who bought it but I have been a patient for 15 years and you’re doing a terrible job. 1. Appointments are now extremely rushed. 2. If you ask a single question at your physical they will charge you for an office visit. 3. Now they send you annoying marketing direct messages through the patient portal. Such a shame that I have a GREAT doctor and have to find a new one because the place is very obviously not great anymore.

First there is ample off street parking. Then the reception area is large, airy and quiet. The reception staff is courteous and fast. An escort brings you to the exam room. A nurse or PA shows up in minutes doing blood pressure, etc and asking a few relevant questions. Minutes later Dr. Roth, a man of sensitivity and intelligence, listens, addresses every question and then provides brief but clear and understandable explanations. There's even a Sharp Laboratory location right inside the office. The staff at the lab is sensitive to a patient's apprehension about needles, making the experience as painless, fast and non-traumatizing as possible. Results are often in the Sharp App on your phone on the same or next day!

I’m not usually someone who goes to the doctor unless I really need to, and honestly, most of my past experiences have been discouraging. It’s always felt like the doctors I’ve seen were rushed, uninterested, or just didn’t take my concerns seriously. Dr. Grant Meyer completely changed that for me. He actually took the time to listen, understand what I was saying, and explore all possible causes—no matter what direction it might take. This is the first time I’ve felt like my insurance is actually worth paying for. Dr. Meyer is compassionate, patient, and truly cares about getting to the root of the issue. The staff is amazing too—kind, helpful, and welcoming from start to finish. It makes a huge difference when the whole office is supportive and professional. I’m so grateful to finally have a doctor and a care team that I trust.

Nice, really nice office. It's quiet and everyone, from the reception desk to the medical part of things, is pleasant to be with. Going to appointments here is always a pleasure. I am happy to be under the care of Dr Kenneth Roth. I feel safe here, too.
