This medical business is well organized. The staff is patient oriented, helpful and friendly. I had an appointment with doctors Monica, DO who made me feel comfortable and spent all the time I needed. I will definitely stay with Dr. Monica and the Perlman Group.

I am always treated with respect and dignity every time I visit. My doctor and the staff take excellent care of me, and they always address every concern or problem I have. My doctor listens carefully, explains what she believes is going on, discusses what it may or may not be, and we make decisions together about my care. I always leave my appointments feeling heard, cared for, and confident that I am on the right path to getting better. Even when I arrive feeling sick, I leave with a smile because I know I am receiving the best possible care.

Just started going here, but I’m already impressed! Oana Pickering was helpful in my first visit when I established care with her—listened carefully, thought holistically, and ordered all the labs and referrals we discussed to get me connected and cared for. Both of the phlebotomists that have drawn blood for me so far have been skilled and friendly. The front desk was helpful in getting me scheduled, and there were plenty of openings, which made it easy for me to get in sooner than with other docs I’ve had! I’m looking forward to continuing care with them.

New patient appointment and it couldn’t have been better!! Could not believe I got in so quickly for being a new patient. Everyone was phenomenal: from the front desk staff, to the phlebotomist as well as the PA. They listened to my concerns and didn’t hesitate to send in the referrals I needed while I was still in the office. I’m so happy my care will be at the Perlman Clinic, so if you are debating just stop and book the appointment.

I've been blown-away-disturbed by how broken the systems at Perlman Clinic are: - My PCP put in a referral over three weeks ago for something my insurance needs to approve, and I just found out it literally hasn't left the clinic to go to my insurance yet. She said they had a backlog of 5,000 uprocessed referrals. I can't even fathom what this would mean my healthcare needs were dire. - My PCP turned off my ability to message her after one message. - Recently I showed up for a dermatology appointment and, after disrobing and waiting, I was told I couldn't be seen that day because I had an endocrinology appointment earlier that day, completely wasting hours of my time. Yet it was someone within Perlman Clinic who had booked both appointments for me. - They have ZERO holistic options. The ONLY PCP I could find with a holistic (ie TRULY "integrative") background was fully booked out with no option for a waitlist. - The first PCP I tried with them, when I asked her "do you trust me to know my own body" looked me straight in the eye and, deadpan, said "No." Then she proceeded to get very agitated. - A recent referral was denied by my insurance and they claimed they had no interest in d
