It’s not often that you leave an urgent care feeling grateful, but that’s exactly how I felt after my visit. From the moment I checked in, I was treated with kindness and respect. The check-in clerk was welcoming, friendly, and efficient, making the entire registration process easy and stress-free. Every RN, the X-ray technician, and the rest of the staff were outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, proficient, and genuinely caring. They explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Dr. Anna Hackenberg was truly exceptional. She listened attentively, showed genuine compassion, and made me feel heard rather than rushed. That kind of care gives you confidence that you’re in the best possible hands, and it made all the difference during my visit. Her kindness and dedication reflect exactly what every patient hopes to experience when seeking medical care. I’m not from this area, but after experiencing this level of care, I would be proud to be part of a community served by such an incredible team of healthcare professionals. Excellent experience in every way. Check in was welcoming and quick. Met with the nurse within five minutes. Nurse was welcoming professional thorough and reassuring. Doctor was excellent and a specialist in the area of my injury. X-ray technician was warm and patient. Started feeling significantly better that evening. A fantastically positive experience

Sharp Reese Steely’s urgent care was a great experience. First my nurse Regee was professional and very pleasant. Nurse practitioner Adam Prince was caring and helpful. All in all I left the urgent care happy with unclogged ears. My sincere thanks to the wonderful staff as well as the facility itself for its cleanliness.

This Urgent Care deserves every one of its high ratings. I came in with a serious medical concern and every single staff member I encountered was exceptional. From the security staff, to Valencia at registration, to Nurse Ting, and especially Peter Park, MD, everyone showed genuine compassion, professionalism, and concern for my well-being. Valencia immediately recognized how worried I was and helped comfort me right away. Nurse Ting was incredibly caring and informative, especially after I had left the ER with little guidance. Dr. Park was phenomenal — knowledgeable, thorough, compassionate, and he took the time to provide clear follow-up instructions that truly helped me feel supported. One small gesture that meant a lot: I brought my own blood pressure machine to compare readings but forgot the batteries, and the staff kindly provided some instead of making me come back. That level of kindness and patient care was unexpected and so appreciated. As a new Sharp member after transitioning from Scripps, experiences like this make me so grateful. A++++ care from an amazing team. Highly recommend.

I was given a 2 hour time but they got me in and out in an 1 hour and 45 minutes. Seemed like the waits were longer than need be as the lobby only had myself and 2 other people and I did have longer waits in the exam room. Needless to say, I needed to be seen due to my terrible sinus infection. Receptionist (kind black woman, Im sorry I failed to look at your badge to catch your name) was awesome, Jen my nurse and Dr. Rodriguez were both efficient and great as well. Thank you!
