One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at the Globe Theater. I attended an event last night and paid for a VIP table, but there was absolutely nothing “VIP” about the experience. The service was extremely poor from the moment we arrived. Staff seemed disorganized, inattentive, and completely unprepared to handle guests properly. The VIP area was overcrowded and lacked the space and accommodations that were advertised and expected. We spent a significant amount of money expecting a premium experience, but instead felt ignored and disappointed throughout the entire night. Getting assistance from staff was nearly impossible, and when we did, the service was slow and unprofessional. The overall management of the event appeared chaotic, with little communication and no sense of organization. It felt like nobody knew what was going on. Customer service was practically nonexistent, and there was no effort made to address concerns or improve the experience. I would not recommend this venue to anyone looking for a quality night out, especially if you’re considering paying extra for VIP accommodations. Save your money and go somewhere that values its customers and delivers what it pro

It occurred to me when my friend parked right outside that I used to hang in this area. A friend of mine lived on Spring a couple decades ago. I actually ended up getting food at LA Cafe a few blocks over since the bar had no food. First off, the staff working on 3/28 for the Sacred Dance event were all amazing. So helpful and went above and beyond. One guy, I want to say his name was Sean, helped us load their carts and took my friend’s stuff inside. He did this twice. Without even being asked. We merely wanted to borrow the cart since my friend’s stuff was pretty heavy. He took it upon himself to load all the stuff and take them inside. It’s a little dated inside, but I feel like that’s the charm of this place. First off all, the space is massive. There’s multiple levels. You can legitimately have two DJs playing at the same time and the music doesn’t clash. They also have an outdoor area for the smokers. At the end of the night, a random man gave us a rose outside as we were getting ready to leave.

I visited on a Wednesday evening to catch a comedy show, and this venue is absolutely stunning. The Globe Theatre is incredibly spacious and ornate, featuring a classic aesthetic with vibrant red walls that give it a sophisticated, old-school Hollywood feel. The layout is very functional for a night out; there are bars on both sides of the room, making it easy to grab a drink without missing too much of the action. The stage is very large, providing a great view from almost anywhere in the house. Overall, it’s just a very pretty, well-maintained space that adds a lot of character to any performance.

First time going here and it is very much worth attending for a week rave. Access to VIP is a nice bonus but I don't think it's really needed. We came here for Tokyo Machine show and he killed it here. There is also a boba bar that is alcoholic and lots of sexy cosplay dancers. It's great to be here. I connected with a few attendees and even made a couple new friends!
