I had the incredible opportunity to stay for 5 nights in the Houdini Estate. It's normally always booked for weddings and events with not many openings to actually book it to stay the night, let alone being able to stay for nearly an entire week. It was an enchanting experience. The grounds are meticulously maintained and feature an expansive walking gardens with waterfalls and gazebo areas in the front, there is an entertaining lawn, an entire hiking trail, a birdhouse styled second house with gorgeous stained glass work, and all sorts of fun mysteries like a hidden bedroom in the main house. And of course, the louis vuitton trash cans are fun.

We celebrated our wedding here. To make a long amazing story short: - you are working with absolute professionals at Houdini Estate. All legal bases covered for event planning and awesome suggestions curated for you. Responsive and available everyone. Knowledgeable and friendly and fun people. - the estate is a dream. If you like the magic castle, then you’re definitely in for a heavenly experience. If you don’t like the magic castle. You’re basically in Florence but with a quirky LA twist. - also, we were able to use some tables and chairs that Houdini has available for guests which saved us a lot of money. Very grateful for that! Our wedding was INCREDIBLE. The views, the gardens, the shade, the AC, the pool, the well thought out nooks and crannies, the landscaping, the details, the details the details ❤️🙏🦋 It was poetic. Everything went so smoothly and I feel completely elevated to a wonderful marriage. On top of it even after our wedding with the security deposit. The Housing Estate Mansion is such an epic and historic location. It's such a great venue to host events. The estate is so big that you can get lost walking around. I recommend any one who loves historical places to check it out.

I photographed a wedding here at The Houdini Estate and it could not be more picture perfect!!! The grounds speak for themselves. Every corner is full of lush greenery, eclectic decor, and fun and unique areas to explore. The getting ready spaces are beautiful, filled with light, and spacious.
