I have been using Grand Journeys for years! I wouldn't consider going on a large vacation without talking to Erin first. Super quick to respond, professional, and gets to know my interests for traveling so each trip becomes more tailored to what I want. All my favorite vacations have been because of her great itinerary and even better planning!

Erin A Travel Agent with True Compassion for the Family I cannot give enough stars to Erin Philip at Grand Journeys. At a time when unfortunate plans changed and my family was grieving :( the sudden loss of my father, Erin went above and beyond to help recuperate all the costs involved. After my dad's passing, she worked tirelessly to advocate for us with both the cruise line and airline and was able to get special exceptions with the connections she has. Her dedication and persistence ensured we were made full even though my dad didn’t purchase travel insurance. Erin has empathy, professionalism. She provided emotional support to my sister and I and guidance every step of the way. Trust me when I tell you I tried resolving with these companies on my own for a bit but no luck. She fought hard, I could not have done this without her. Even before he passed away , planning a vacation to South America can be really stressful when you have a big group and trying to accommodate everyone but she made it easy. She listened to what was important to our family and seamlessly handled all the details. Her follow-through was incredible. I feel like I keep repeating this but I am so gratef

Erin Philp in a fantastic travel advisor. Knowledgeable, professional and prompt service! Cruises, escorted tours, luxury hotels, business/first class plane tickets and custom international trips - she does it all! I highly recommend working with Erin at Grand Journeys.

I had some time free up and decided to take a last minute vacation to Maui with my wife. When I looked online, everything was sold out or close to it. I have used Grand Journeys in the past for long trips with a lot of moving parts but typically for shorter trips I can plan everything myself however I didn't want to deal with COVID issues and I didn't have time to be shopping around. I called Erin at Grand Journeys to see what she could put together and it was DEFEINITELY worth it! She got everything set up perfectly within a couple hours! All I told her was when I wanted to go, what type of vacation I wanted, and my budget. No stress, no hassle. I'm looking forward to a much needed vacation and I am already less stressed knowing that everything is handled and I can just pack and relax! Extremely professional, knowledgeable , and great customer service. I highly recommend Grand Journeys, especially right now when travel is extra chaotic.
