This place has been great. Getting set up was easy. I love the convenience of not having to go anywhere to talk to a counselor. I've been working with Gloria Saldana and she is so personable and understanding . I feel very comfortable with her and like she was a great match. Looking forward to talking through and working on a lot of things the rest of this year.

I received mental health services within Oregon state lines. I enrolled within the program at a very low point in my life. My therapist Heather M supported me at a significant time and I will always be grateful for her. She made my problems feel manageable. She guided me through my internal issues without letting me feel alone. We discussed some difficult and very vulnerable trauma and she really got me through to the other side. I wish I could still be working with her, but due to some employment and higher education commitments, I was unable to continue my services. When asked about mental health providers for long-term support, I would consider this agency, especially if you live in the PNW. I would not be here right now if it was not from the support from my mental health team. Thank you to everyone who has made this service accessible to me in a time when I needed it the most.

Itโs been a great experience since the beginning. The intake person was kind, knowledgeable and intrested in helping me find the right Therapist. The therapist she found has been very helpful, supportive and kind. I was also assigned a Psychiatrist to help me manage my anxiety and my medication. Sheโs also extremely professional and kind.

I have seen a few providers for psychiatry and by far Noah Stashower-Marcus has been such a big help in managing my care. He is very thorough and sets realistic goals for care. Extremely knowledgeable on medication management as well as empathetic. Gave me tough love when I needed it and for that I am forever grateful. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

For the past three years, I have been a patient here, and throughout that time I have consistently experienced an exceptional level of care from the entire staff. Every person in the office has treated me with professionalism, compassion, and genuine concern for my well-being. They continually go above and beyond to provide high-quality mental health services and create an environment where patients feel heard, respected, and supported. As a veteran, finding providers who are both knowledgeable and trustworthy is extremely important to me. Because of the confidence I have in this teamโs professionalism and clinical expertise, I now receive my medication management through this office as well. Their attention to detail, communication, and commitment to patient care have made a significant difference in my life. I am deeply grateful for the support and dedication they have shown throughout my treatment journey.

Beyond unorganized. Ive sought mental health services for years and had to find a new provider since moving down here. I scheduled with an NP for medication management, which was already a concern because my case is best handled with the expertise of an actual Psychiatrist due to its complexity. The NP did intake asking mostly questions I already answered thoroughly on my intake form that she claimed to have "read over twice" when addressed, then in the last 5 mins entertained several different meds then going back, settled on one in the last minute of our appointment just to get me out of there. She seemed to lack the care or knowledge even close to the level of a trained psychiatrist, which is to be expected of an NP these days but still disappointing that NPs can dole out psychiatric medication with lack of care or want for insight into their patients as individuals. I wanted to login to the website's patient portal in order to see her notes and my records or any type of care plans, etc. There is none, so I called the number on the site, and they told me point blank "we dont have a patient portal, we're still working on it." Has this practice not existed since 2019, 2021 at ear

Headlight Review Mental and emotional health are often very neglected and there is a stigma around asking for help or finding treatments that may be outside the norm of routine psychological therapy or medicine. This is especially true for business professionals that have very highly demanding, toxic, and stressful work environments. I am one such individual who failed to prioritize my health and wellbeing over work commitments and numerous other commitments up the point where I became very ill. I lost my mother to cancer, father to unnatural causes, and went to over 20-30 funerals in the last few decades of my life, with some years having over 10 funerals in a year. This took a real emotional toll on me and it took me having severe medical repercussions before I was forced to take a break from work and seek medical help. I was referred to Headlight Health from my primary care physician and I was very skeptical at first being that the treatment is one of the first of its kind approved by the FDA. The first month of treatments unlocked many repressed memories and each session was the equivalent of having 20 hours of therapy; a flood of thoughts and memories, both horrible and beaut
