This is my third year being a patient at the Normal Heights location for the Vision Collective. The staff is so nice, welcoming and knowledgeable about eye care and health. Dr. Crizelda Lauron went over all of the tests with me and explained the results of the retina photo with me as well. Leo was super helpful when it came to selecting a new pair of frames for my new prescription and for a pair of sunglasses as well. The pricing for everything is super reasonable, especially with my insurance. Thanks again, Heights Optometry 😁

I have been going to Heights Optometry for years and will continue to come because the staff really takes care of you. From intake, to the exam, to the contacts/glasses purchasing - the process is so easy. I had the pleasure of working with Jess, Dr. N and Leo and left very happy. Excited to come back in a month to pick up my glasses!

Jess was so incredibly kind and helpful throughout my appt. Dr N was also very thorough in my exam. And there are not enough compliments for Leo! He took the time to really go through my frame options, offer suggestions and even gave detailed info on all the frame materials. His personality and natural customer service skills were an added bonus. I love my eye care service at Heights Optometry. Thank you to the team!!

Heights Optometry is awesome! Dr. Nastasoiu takes great care in being very thorough and kind. Jess, in the front, is so very welcoming. Karissa did an excellent job finding the perfect pair of glasses for me and is super fun too! All around, just an excellent office and staff. If you're looking for an eye doctor, definitely consider these folks! ⭐👍🏼

Outstanding service and customer service. Karissa guided me through the whole process and dedicated her time to help me find the best pair of glasses to suit my needs. She was also extremely helpful with getting my glasses corrected after a minor discrepancy as they advertised. I would recommend anyone to come to their shop. Their team is exceptional and extremely professional. Thank you!
