Had a great experience renting from this Hertz location. Jess was friendly, welcoming, and greeted me right away when I arrived. He recognized my status, got everything handled quickly, and had me in and out with a vehicle that fit my needs perfectly. I only made my reservation a couple of days in advance, so I really appreciated the communication from the team. They called ahead of time to let me know they would do their best to source the vehicle I requested, and then called again before pickup to let me know they had found it earlier than expected. That level of customer service was awesome. I also spoke with Natalie on the phone, and she was just as great. Friendly, informative, and easy to talk to. Everyone I interacted with was professional and genuinely helpful. This branch is easy to find, has plenty of parking, and the staff makes the rental process smooth and stress-free. I definitely recommend this location and will be renting from them again. Thanks Hertz!

Very limited car inventory, unfriendly staff. Booked mid size SUV for 16th June morning 11AM pick up but they only had sub compact SUV. we mentioned we are not ok with it and they asked us to wait and come back after a day to see if they get anything bigger available. As expected nothing got avaliable so we had to return what we had. they charged us for whole week when we returned within a day. had to call customer service multiple times to get refund. Overall had to waste lot of times with this location. Even staff was not friendly. do not recommend this place

NEVER BOOK AT THIS LOCATION. "Improvements on our reservation system is a top priority of our new management team." That was a quote from this location on a cancelled reservation from 4 months ago. Today I received a call less than an hour before my pickup saying they had no car for me. In fact, they told me they had 6 reservations and 1 car. An absolute joke of a company. No solutions offered. The person who called me, Jess, didn't care. Just matter of fact, oh well-no car for you. Joke business, joke location, joke employees.

I usually use Enterprise, so this is my only Hertz experience to compare — but it was a frustrating one. I made the reservation online and came away thinking I wouldn't need to handle payments in person, which mattered because I had about an hour before school pickup. That turned out not to be the case. In addition, same-day rentals apparently require a credit card only — no debit, no splitting across multiple cards — plus a $300 security deposit on top of the rental fee. That combination made things really difficult. The car seat situation added to it: the website said it was included free, but in-person I was told it would be extra until I pulled up the page showing otherwise. Then the only car seat available in-store was "toddler-sized" (think up to age 3) — my smaller-than-average 6-year-old still uses one and couldn't fit. Getting a different size would've meant a 30-minute wait for them to retrieve one from another location. To top it off, the employee helping me seemed to get frustrated and spoke to me in a way that felt pretty condescending while I was just trying to work through all of this. That said — they did genuinely try to help, made a real effort to reduce the cost

I walked into the rental location and immediately witnessed a Hertz employee loudly arguing with another customer in a very disrespectful and unprofessional manner. The tone and behavior were completely inappropriate and created a very uncomfortable atmosphere. When it was my turn, the same attitude continued. The staff were unfriendly, ignored my questions, and showed no interest in providing proper customer service. After receiving the car, I noticed that the trunk would not open. When I asked for a different vehicle, I was told: “Take it or leave it.” This response is absolutely unacceptable. Because of the entire experience, I felt very uneasy getting into the car. I genuinely had a strong sense of discomfort and even questioned my own safety. I have never been treated this poorly in my life. It’s especially disappointing as a Gold Member — apparently that status means nothing here. Absolutely not recommended.
