They didn't come on time and also the last time technician refused to do the interior treatment and we are seeing a lots of bugs and some rodents. UPDATE in response to the owner's reply below. I appreciate being contacted, but I want to add the full context so this response makes sense. I was actively sold this service last year with a specific promise: monthly visits through summer, then a visit every three months in fall and winter. The first year that was honored. The second year the visits stopped, and when the new technician finally came out, he refused to do the interior treatment and didn't a complete outside treatment. That is when the rodent problem started, something we never dealt with before. I was then quoted roughly $900 plus $75/month to address a problem that developed.

We signed up with this company in 2024, and at first the service was great. We paid $49/month for quarterly pest control and spider web removal around our home. The technicians were always friendly and professional, although it was almost always a different person each visit. Over time, the quality became very inconsistent. The last few services were hit or miss, and during our most recent scheduled visit it was obvious that no one actually completed the service. I called, and they apologized and scheduled someone to come out the next day to make it right—but once again, no one showed up. For the price, it's simply not worth it when other companies offer more comprehensive treatments and have stronger reputations for the same cost. Because we never had the same technician, the field notes and service reports varied significantly from visit to visit, making it seem like there wasn't a consistent standard for how the work should be performed. I also take the high ratings with a grain of salt. The company asks customers to leave a review after every service, which can inflate their overall rating. This company is great! They provide much needed services, particularly flea control. We have been using them since last month. The excessive heat has brought fleas to our home. Homeshield has been diligently spraying our back yard. Unfortunately, it's not an overnight flea funeral. Fleas are difficult to get rid of. Homeshield gives their customers free unlimited treatments in between their schedled sprays if need be. Customers need to do their part also by vacuuming carpet and rugs, washing their bedding if the pets sleep on mom and dad's bed, washing all pet blankets and vacuuming their couch and chair cushions. And also bathe or shave your pets. It takes a village to get rid of fleas! FYI, there is no effective store bought outdoor flea treatment nor is there effective store bought flea treatment for pets. You need Homeshield pest control cuz this is a really bad flea season right now. They are the gangs of the bug world. Thank you, Homeshield!

Home shield Pest control has definitely exceeded my expections. They were very informative and thorough. Jose did an excellent job of explaining everything to my mom and after our first service we are very pleased. We were dealing with an excessive amount of cock roaches and this service was definitely overdue. I was positive it was going to take months to get rid of these invincible creatures. After just the first visit I am pleased to say they are practically nonexistent. I am soo glad I went with this company and I highly recommend them. They are dependable, thorough, and take pride in the job that they do. I have a monthly service with them and the cost was slightly higher than the other companies I was looking at but you get what you pay for and they are worth every penny! 🧨🪳=🥳 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars all the way around
