Technician came and did not explain well. We asked him to spray on top ceilings of all rooms. He stated he could not do that. He did not put sticker traps as well. Other technician before him came and explained well what he did and put the traps. It seemed technician did it so fast that he was ready to get out of the place.

First inital visit was great! Robert Guzman was thorough with the inspection and even sprayed for insects when we initially requested assistance with rodents. Came on time and had great communication skills. Happy to have Orkin to help my mom while I live put of town. I look forward to their help with the rodent problem we have! Price is honestly worth it, first visit is a bit pricey but if you consider how much rat traps and supplies of everything used, it's a steal! Thank you Orkin for helping my mom. (Will update review and let you guys know how long it took for rodent problem to be taken care of :) )

Very quick to respond, very professional and easy to work with. I got to work with both Wade and Jason, both of whom I felt very comfortable with, and each was thorough in explaining what they were going to do, thier findings (even included pictures and video which helped a lot) and follow up. Highly, highly recommend! Now, to find out if it worked, which I think it will.
