Rolando was outstanding. He took the time to thoroughly inspect our entire home and was extremely detailed throughout the process. He identified multiple areas of concern that had not previously been brought to our attention, and he carefully explained his findings, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood the recommended next steps. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and genuinely cared about doing a thorough job rather than rushing through the inspection. We truly appreciated his attention to detail and the time he spent ensuring nothing was overlooked. It’s rare to find someone with this level of professionalism and dedication. Eddie A. was great to work with. He was on time, very professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. He even went above and beyond by giving me some helpful advice on dealing with a rodent issue and ways to help keep it from coming back. Really appreciated the extra effort and great customer service. I’d definitely recommend Thrasher Pest Control.

We’ve had Rolando out with Thrasher Pest Control three times while navigating a big decision, whether to tent or move forward with spot treatment. Throughout the entire process, he was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and respectful of our concerns. With dogs at home and a saltwater fish and coral tank, this wasn’t a simple decision for us. Rolando took the time to walk us through all options, never pressured us, and made sure we felt confident in whatever direction we chose. Ultimately, we decided on spot treatments, and we feel great about that decision thanks to his guidance. As a real estate broker, I work with many termite inspection companies, and I can confidently say Thrasher stands out. They are professional, honest, and truly care about their clients.

My family has been using Thrasher Pest Control since we moved to San Diego over four years ago. Every technician we have had over the years has been knowledgable, helpful, punctual, and kind. When you call, rather than getting an automated answering machine you get a human being, any time of day, who is willing to help you through a presumably difficult situation. Our technician, Mark, does an amazing job of communicating and ensuring sufficient care is taken to prevent any unwanted pests. Thanks for the consistent care!
