Very reliable, kind, thorough, and quick. Even if you find a cheap flight somewhere else, they'll help you to find a comparable flight with better accommodations. The business is open 24 hours.

Fast, efficient and friendly. I bought my JR pass on the spot. When I arrived to Japan I was able to exange it without any problem in a JR office.

It is easy to make arrangements to get the JR Railpass here. One can walk in and get it on the same visit. The extra charge is USD2 for in office service else one can waive the charge by ordering it online.

Fantastic service! I needed to purchase a JR pass quickly and the agent (Emi) prepared for same day pick up. Very polite and welcoming staff. Office is convenient to access and easy parking. A great start to my Japan experience! Update: returned again and received excellent service again! Processing and pick up for my JR pass by Yuki was quick and efficient. Thank you for the great service!

Good place to get JR Pass. Issued on the spot. Good instructions on using JR Pass. Friendly English speaking staff. Also, only charges 10% refund fee for unused passes. Online and other local agencies charge up to 20% with long refund wait times.
